Familieweekend i Paris

På tross av at leilighetens beliggende og standard ikke samsvarte med hva vi trodde vi hadde bestilt og det som lå ute av bilder og beskrivelse på nettet, så var dette en grei leilighet. Nok plass og de aller fleste fasiliteter som strykejern, hårføner, vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, mikrobølgeovn, kaffetrakter, vannkoker, brødrister, komfyr, kjøl og frys, kles tørke mulighet, TV, Internett osv. grei for 2personer eller evt. en liten familie som vi var med en ekstra barneseng. Kort vei til metro, butikk osv. Var litt skittent på gulvet når vi kom, men ikke noe som vi gadd bry oss mer med enn å melde fra at det ikke var tilstrekkelig rengjort før vår ankomst.

Wild goose chase to get black mold

Getting the keys was a chase across Paris and back. The address listed referred to another address on the other side. After getting the key, had to cross again to find the apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment didn’t NOT look anything like the nice pictures on the website. It was very cramped and the bathtub tiles were overgrown with black mold

We loved it it was clean and staff really nice and helpful and it is in the hearth of Paris close to everything. Thank you so much we definitely will be coming back .

No plan B !

No plan B if you do not arrive by the specified time to pick up your keys. If you are an international traveling ... this might not work for you if you might be arriving after 6:00 PM. The location of the keys is nowhere near where the apartment was (at least in our case) ... be prepared to lug your luggage across town to pick up keys first. If you are already in Paris and or a not stressed for time - go for it. If time is tight and or your plans are international .... I would avoid them. The "hotline" did not answer past 6 PM ... so me, my wife and two kids had no room in Pairs in peak season .... we ended up way outside of town and a huge taxi bill ... but at 10 PM at night we took it. Bridgestreet DID recognize the night we missed - so hat off to hem for that. Do your homework with this outfit.

Comodo appartamento a 2 passi dalla Metropolitana

L'appartamento si trova vicinissimo a Rue St. Germain, a due passi dalla fermata Sevrès - Babylone. La zona è molto carina e la strada in cui si trova l'appartamento poco trafficata. L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato, pulito e con tutto quello che serve per passare una piacevole vacanza. Di sicuro lo terrò presente per la prossima volta a Parigi!!

Ren og fin lejlighed!

Det kan virke lidt underligt at nøglen skal hentes på en adresse 3-4 km væk fra selve lejligheden, vi valgte at tage taxi og han ventede udenfor. Det tog vel 5 minutter at foretage opkald og få koden til skabet med nøglen. Lejligheden er rigtig fin, meget ren, alt virker og er forholdsvist nyt og pænt. Der er masser af håndklæder, dyner osv. Vi har ikke noget at pege fingre af, alt var tilfredstillende:-)

Nice apartment, no services

Property was great, spacious with full apartment amenities. Great spot on quiet street but just minutes from St Germain and two metro lines. It is an apartment so there is no housekeeping, also key must be collected from a completely different location.

St Germain stay

Bit disappointing. The check-in procedure was quite awkward with limited assistance. Location is great. Bed (the sofa) - very uncomfortable, and the linen was threadbare (my towel actually ripped). Would be great place if they paid more attention to detail.

What you see is not what you are getting

As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for, so I shouldn't have been surprised that the relatively low price matched what we got. The shower was in disrepair, moldy and nothing like what is pictured in the advertisement. The bed was thin and was more like sleeping in a taco than a flat surface. The secure door entry to the apartments at the ground level had been kicked in and was completely unsecure. Getting keys for the place is a pain too. You have to go to a separate office a good distance from apartment after 4 and then go to the room. At least the apartment was clean, had a working washer and dryer and there was a good deadbolt on the door of the apartment. Not a place I would stay again though.

服務差勁

1.在網上預訂時提供的地點資訊，不是真正的住宿地點。出發前一週來電郵說明取鑰匙地點和住宿地點不同。打亂了所有行程。 2.網站提供的資訊，房間是有加床的服務，出發前還有致電hotels.com，也確認是可以加床的。但現場一開始說沒有加床服務，在我提出網站上的可加床證明，服務人員以各項理由，(辦公室距離住宿店座車約10分鐘)房間太小為由，拒絕加床。但請看看你們網站上提供的照片，一點也不像是不能加床的樣子，順道一提，hotels.com提供的照片，沒有一張是我正在住的酒店的照片，根本是2回事。 3.房內根本沒有free WIFI,第一天提供手寫帳號，但房內根本搜尋不到，是無效的帳號密碼，隔天來處理，房間多了一個WIFI蛋，但⋯無法登入！！！！！！！登入後進入一個wifi的付款頁面，致電投訴仍然不處理，因工作需求需要使用網路，為此工作已被迫延遲。我一年出國的次數超過十次，先前因為覺得網路上的頁面使用不習慣，就一張沒有在hotels.com下過訂單，這次，貴公司令人失望透頂⋯⋯

Difficult arrival process! Key pickup at another location....

The location of this apartment is good, and it is fairly clean and as pictured. There were 2 portable air conditioners, one did not work at all - the other did not have proper set up for window (and did not reach living room). The bathroom fan was so loud and horrible we chose to have showers in the dark - that needs to be fixed. Of all the VRBO and AIRBNB stays I have done (@20), this is the only one that did not meet me at the apartment with keys - but required I go to a different part of the city (not at all convenient when you are arriving by train/plane and have to take metro/walk). It was difficult getting contact information in advance - as these apartments are all in the same building and managed by a company (not individual owners which I prefer). If you can get past all of that - the location and price are very good.

Not what I expected

The location of this property was good for us. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with lots of shopping nearby. The problem I had was with the advertisement of the property. The pictures of the property show two units, one really nice one with a huge bathroom and sectional sofa, and one mediocre unit. These two units should be shown separately so that customers know exactly what they are spending their money on. We got the mediocre unit and it was very disappointing. It was dreary, the sofa was a loveseat sofa sleeper that would not fully close and the cushions slide off when you sit on it. The bed was full size - not queen or king, and it caves in the middle. The bathroom was very small. The shower was not very clean with what looked to be mold on the top of the nozzle unit. Other than the shower, the unit was very clean. Upon arrival, the keys had to be picked up at another location (not within walking distance) which is somewhat difficult with your luggage in tow. Other than that, entry of the unit was easy. There is no elevator, but a winding staircase. Not a big deal except when hauling your luggage up and down. After traveling for two and a half weeks and two out of five rentals not being what I expected, I'm frustrated with owners who misrepresent their properties in any way. I never would have booked this place knowing I would get the unit I did.

Great space and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had four adults in the 5 rue de varenne apt 401. It was just spacious enough for the one bedroom and pull out couch. They have blow dryer, towels, iron and board, washer/dryer and stocked kitchen equipment. The location is perfect walking distance for the main attractions. 30 min walk to most things. The only Thing I would suggest is to make sure you always call to confirm things. Call ahead and make sure you state which location you wish to be in if you book through homeaway/vrbo. Bridgestreet I believe just gets the request to book with them but not your desired location. Make sure you call ahead about when and how to check in. The office isn't always reliable if you are checking in on the weekend. The hotline is helpful when you call. I suggest this place for a great stay!

Wrong address on Expedia reservation

Arrived at Paris to address from my reservation ended up in an alley contacted hotel and informed me that I was not at the correct address she was then informed me I had to go to her main office to pick up a key and then go to an address completely different than I had requested

Bel appartement, près de tout!
