Just what we needed
The flat was just right for us. It couldn't be closer to a Metro station and there were plenty of places to eat or buy food in close proximity. I would have given 5 stars for check-in, too, but we found the previous renters were leaving at our 3 pm arrival time, so we had to wait for the flat to be cleaned. That happened quickly, though. Otherwise, all was good. Thank-you Artur. Jon

Petit mais fonctionnel, propre et bien agencé
Nous avons passé 3 nuits en famille avec deux enfants de 5 et 10 ans. Nous avons apprécié la propreté. Le métro est vraiment en bas de l’appartement. Très bien agencé. Il n’y a qu’une table basse mais cela n’était pas important pour nous. Les deux seuls point négatifs qui seront probablement améliorés rapidement : le manque de rideau occultant et peu de vaisselle. Tout le reste est vraiment parfait. Matelas de la chambre très confortable et canapé convertible confortable aussi. Bref nous recommandons !

Jolie petit appartement
Très joli petit appartement pour 2 personnes. Idéalement situé avec le métro, la boulangerie et le supermarché à proximité. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien ici. Un grand merci et 5 étoiles a Artur!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft
Vielen Dank es war sehr sauber und eine schöne Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch sehr gut. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Am ersten Tag sind wir sogar die 8,7km zu Fuß zum Eiffelturm gelaufen. Es war toll…. Vielen herzlichen Dank

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage
Sehr gute Lage, Metro Zugang, Bäckerei, Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Parken kann man in der angrenzenden Philharmonie.

Très bien, je recommande
Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet appartement. Appartement très bien, moderne, fonctionnel, propre. Présence d'éléments de 1eres nécessités, très appréciables. L'appartement est assez calme. Une bouche de métro et un arrêt de bus sont en bas de l'appartement. Il est très bien situé, pas mal de magasins/restaurants /bars à 5 min à pieds. Le centre de Paris est accessible très facilement. Échanges avec le propriétaire très simple et rapide. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour merci. Je recommande
