The staff was amazing, the hotel is clean in general, just had to ask them to change beer sheets as it wasn’t changed apparently.

Wonderful and clean. Only complaint is VERY tiny entrance to the underground parking. Could easily damage your car. But fabulous place to stay!!!

Great hotel. we enjoyed our time there. We even ordered pizza, one day from room services. It was delicious. The immediate location was just ok but Paris isn’t that far away and there is a train nearby so it was fine.

Brand new property, would have preferred a Queen or a King size mattress not two king size single’s pushed together but overall an excellent hotel with a decent breakfast available. The highlight of this hotel was Doriann on the front desk he was simply wonderful in providing great service including speaking to us in English and helping us with our French, thanks Doriann you are a credit to this hotel

Nice clean hotel 40-45 min from downtown Paris!
The hotel, room and bathroom were extremely clean, spotless, lovely and comfortable. Requests for service were responded to slowly. We had a suite which I recommend as the regular room is quite small. Overall, it was a good experience and the staff was kind and polite. If you stay in this hotel, a car is recommended, unless you want to use Uber or a taxi. The metro and bus are nearly right in front of the hotel, but it will take nearly an hour or more to get downtown. By Uber it’s about 40-45 minutes to downtown. The neighborhood around the hotel is older but decent & parts are being updated, while other parts are in a state of disrepair. The area is nothing special like downtown Paris. I prepaid, so I saved about $600 on the 8 day price, but we had to pay Uber fees daily, so it was not a huge savings. No restaurant on site, but limited room service & breakfast that was very good. There are some decent restaurants that we discovered nearby while walking around the neighborhood, including an excellent seafood restaurant. These restaurants are about a mile away or more, but easily walked to. A pharmacy and restaurant is across the street and a shopping mall is about 2 miles away. There is also an excellent fresh food market in the area, about 1 1/2 -2 miles away in an adjacent neighborhood, where we bought food for snacking and breakfast. Overall, it was a positive experience. Just be aware of the distance from downtown. It’s 1 hour away from CDG.

They say is a four star Hote.for me is a five star
my budget was so low I wasn’t expecting anything this good. this is the best hotel I ever stayed, Brown new and Clean and Soundproof. I would recommend.

Great stay in Paris.
It is a brand new property. Emasculate condition. Staff are very attentive and caring. The hotel is just what we were looking for. Worth every euro. To top it all the staff made it worth the while. The distance from Paris is a slight issue but still worth the time spent. I wish they have more such hotels in Paris.

Staff not very well trained . On June 5 I asked the receptionist young lady to order a Taxi for the next early morning at 5:45 am she ordered it at 5:45 am , On the morning while I was leaving the hotel the main door was locked and no body was in reception desk and i needed to leave to the airport I was very frustrated

Merveilleusement glacial.
A notre arrivée nous nous sommes rendu dans la chambre qui était glacée il faisait hyper froid. J’étais avec ma mère âgée et malade donc très déçu. Ensuite la salle de bain et les WC pareil du carrelage de partout et les deux hyper froid. Je ne conseillerais pas votre hôtel à qui que ce soit. Je ne reviendrais plus jamais. Pour le petit dej pareil j’étais obligé d’aller le chercher moi même sachant que ma mère n’allait vraiment pas bien on m’a dit c’est plus cher si on vous l’apporte en chambre. Aucune humanité. Merci mais ça sera la dernière fois pour nous.
