This pretty apartment located between the Canal Saint-Martin and the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, a stone's throw from the Oberkampf district, is ideal for a getaway in the center of Paris. This accommodation is perfect for couples, families and business travelers.
Refurbished, the apartment with an area of 58 m2 includes an open kitchen (dishes, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, hob), a shower room (soaps, shampoos, dryer hair, washing machine, WC)...but it also includes a lounge area.
You will also have storage space (cupboards with drawers, shelves and hangers). An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The bedding is of hotel quality, a Queen Size double bed (160x200) in each of the two bedrooms, in order to offer you restful nights. Duvets, sheets, cushions, large and small towels.
The apartment has a free and fast Wifi connection thanks to Fiber and is equipped with a latest generation Smart TV.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator.
