The Space:

Welcome to this 51 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Boulevard de Bonne Nouvelle in the heart of the 10th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, microwave-oven combo, stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has central heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Boulevard de Bonne Nouvelle sits on the famous grands boulevards, one of the most vibrant and well-connected stretches of central Paris. The area has a lively, energetic character, with independent cinemas, brasseries, coffee shops and late-night bars lining the surrounding streets. The historic Rex Club and the Grand Rex cinema are both close by, making the neighbourhood popular with both locals and visitors.



The Marais is a short walk east, and Montmartre and its hilltop views are reachable on foot in around twenty minutes. Rue Montorgueil, one of Paris’s best market streets, is just around the corner with its daily stalls, fromageries and wine shops. The Musée de Cluny and the historic passages of the 2nd arrondissement are also close.



For transport, Bonne Nouvelle (lines 8 and 9) is right on the doorstep, and Strasbourg-Saint-Denis (lines 4, 8 and 9) is equally close, giving excellent connections across the city in every direction. The neighbourhood is also very walkable, with the Marais, Les Halles and Opéra all reachable on foot.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
