This charming little duplex house is ideally located in the heart of Montmartre.
It is fully equipped and includes:
- a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a shower room with WC;
- and a lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and charm.

It has all the basic necessities to have a great stay, namely: wifi, fridge, kitchen utensils, hair dryer, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, fan, iron, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The house is ideally located:
- in a lively area, close to all tourist attractions and amenities, which will make it easier to organize your visits.
- close to the Sacré Coeur, the Moulin Rouge and the Abbesses shopping street.

For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket "SuperMarket 33" just 5 minutes walk away.

During your stay, you will also have the opportunity to discover the must-see places that make the city famous, such as:

- Place du Tertre at 9 minutes;
- The Museum of Romantic Life 11 minutes away;

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
