We ended up staying in a different apartment Caire 1 as they emailed to say this one had no air con working so changed us. Communication was good. There was a couple of issues I had to contact them about before arrival and also on arrival as code didn’t work but they responded very quickly and the issues were resolved. Apartment was lovely , clean and comfortable and a good location for exploring Paris. Would definitely stay again if we return.

Great location, clean place and the staff were nice when you called for help getting the keys from across the street was confusing and you have to watch videos on how to use the equipment in the kitchen but overall they are very helpful. Very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this suite. It was spacious, clean, and very convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and major attractions all close by. The suite exceeded our expectations in every way.

I agree with the previous reviewer who left a 2 star review in December. Check in process was confusing annd loooong. Way too much noise in the alley by the living area ant night—constant yelling for some reason. Everything she said was spot on! It was a clean unit, but it’s in a rougher area. Kitchen is well stocked. Dryer doesn’t work well. I would not stay here again given what I know now.
