To the west, it’s just a 14-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, one of the most iconic symbols of Paris and France. You can also enjoy the Champ de Mars to relax, take a stroll, or have a picnic!
To the east, you’ll find the Hôtel des Invalides, a major site of French military history, also a 14-minute walk away, as well as the Rodin Museum, famous for its exceptional sculptures.
Here, you’ll enjoy a prime location in the heart of an elegant area, with all amenities and iconic sites nearby.

🚇You’re just 4 minutes from Line 8 at the La Tour-Maubourg station and 11 minutes from Line 13 at the Varenne station.
-This apartment is available for rent under two different lease options depending on your situation: a mobility lease or a standard lease (Civil Code). The applicable lease type is determined before your arrival, based on your profile and the desired lease term.

1. The mobility lease
The mobility lease is intended for individuals who, as of the lease’s effective date, meet one of the following criteria: vocational training, higher education, an apprenticeship contract, internship, volunteer work as part of a civic service programme, job transfer, or temporary assignment related to professional activity.
Key features:
Term of 1 to 10 months, non-renewable (the lease may be amended only once via an addendum, without exceeding a total of 10 months).
You will be asked to provide proof of your situation before signing.
A mobility lease is signed between the host and the tenant before each move-in.

2. The Standard Lease (Civil Code)
If none of the above situations apply to you, the rental is governed by a standard lease (furnished, Civil Code), which is particularly suited to stays in a non-primary residence. The terms (duration, security deposit if applicable, notice period) will be specified when the contract is drawn up. A lease agreement is also signed before each arrival.

In both cases: The tenant must purchase home insurance covering the entire duration of their stay and provide proof of coverage. We can assist you with this process if needed.


-Lost or Forgotten Keys
Any lost or forgotten keys between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. will result in a 50-euro fee.
After 8:00 p.m., service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, the guest will be fully responsible for the costs.

-Lost Items
We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.
