1. The mobility lease
The mobility lease is intended for individuals who, as of the lease's effective date, meet one of the following criteria: vocational training, higher education, an apprenticeship contract, an internship, voluntary service as part of a civic service programme, a job transfer, or a temporary assignment as part of their professional activities.
Key features:
Term ranging from 1 to 10 months, non-renewable (the lease may be amended once via an addendum, without exceeding 10 months in total).
Proof of your circumstances will be required before signing.
A mobility lease is signed between the host and the tenant before each move-in.

2. The Common Law Lease (Civil Code)
If none of the above situations apply to you, the rental is conducted under a common law lease (furnished, Civil Code), which is particularly suited for stays in a non-primary residence. The terms (duration, security deposit if applicable, notice period) will be specified when the contract is drawn up. A lease is also signed before each arrival.

In both cases: The tenant must purchase home insurance covering the entire duration of their stay and provide proof of coverage. We can assist you with this process if needed.
