Hotel tres bien a part faut attendre 17h pour avoir accès a la chambre 1 er nuit tres bien dormis la 2 eme nuit pas moyen de dormir avant 3h 30 du matin car les gens ne respectent pas le sommeil des autres et essaye de rentrer dans votre chambre tres dessus hotel au coeur d une cité qui faut mieux pas laisser sa voiture a l l'extérieur de l hotel

Réservé depuis plus de deux mois pour une confirmation hôtel complet à notre arrivé. Quartier à la limite du bidonville et des favélas où chacune des bandes se partagent les trottoirs pour en faire leurs cuisines et salon. Impression à l'entrée de l'hôtel : On se sent plus dans un foyer pour personnes à caractère social en détresse dont le concierge au langage des banlieues mal famées se référence plutôt à un voyou. Linge qui trône aux travers des fenêtres, parking aux véhicules douteux, on ne se sent pas du tout en sécurité. Regards insistant sur nos effets personnels pour avoir l'impression d'être détroussé si aucune vigilance n'est acquise. Voyageant plusieurs fois par mois depuis plus de 15 ans pour raisons professionnelles, personnelles en ayant la connaissance de plusieurs hôtels avec un bon rapport qualité prix, il est préférable d'éviter celui-ci même si celui-ci était gratuit. Même si celui-ci est prêt de l'aéroport, nous avons choisi un hôtel sur Paris.

Rien n’est bon... Quartier qui craint, hôtel non sécurisé (porte fenêtre qui ferme mal et hôtel accessible à n’importe qui malgré l’heure tardive et la fermeture trop tôt de la réception), des cafards dans la chambre, une salle de bain salle, une chambre bruyante et des voisins peu respectueux.... N’y allez pas !!! Seul point semi-positif, le réceptionniste sympa...

Ne pas y aller !!!

Cet hôtel se débrouille pour fermer dès 21h. Si vous arrivez après, ils encaissent votre argent ne vous laisse aucun code pour accéder à l'hôtel, ni à votre chambre. Vous restez dehors et vous êtes contrains d'aller chercher un autre hôtel. De plus, ils refusent de vous rembourser, sous prétexte qu'ils vous aveint prévenus de leurs horaires. J'ai été obligé d'aller à l'hôtel d'à côté (et payer une autre chambre), lequel m'a indiqué récupérer les clients de l'hôtel qui n'ont pas pu entrer. C'est une habitude chez eux d'encaisser l'argent des éventuels clients sans qu'ils ne dorment chez eux.

Sevran n'est pas un lieu de villégiature. Cet hôtel est à l'image de son environnement. Les séjours qu'on y fait se déroulent par nécessité. Il faut bien dormir quelquepart.

Pas cher près de l'aéroport

Il s'agit réellement d'un hôtel à petit budget pour les gens qui doivent prendre l'avion le lendemain. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à aucune forme de luxe, et bien que la réceptionniste était très gentille, certains problèmes peuvent surgir étant donné qu'il n'y a pas de service 24h. Par exemple, je n'ai pas eu accès à internet le deuxième jour parce que le code internet a été changé sans qu'on me prévienne.

Hotel.com n'avait pas transmis la réservation à l'hôtel, le tarif hotel.com nettement supérieur à celui pratiqué par l'hôtel (confirmé par la responsable de l'hôtel). Juste une savonette dans la salle d'eau ' écoulements très difficile dans douche et lavabo Accueil très désagréable. Pas du tout satisfait ni de l'hôtel ni de Hotel.com

Chambre peu satisfaite

Nous avons séjourné en plein canicule et notre chambre s'est trouvé sous les toits (température de la chambre 42 degré)avec le volet ouvert qui a augmenté la température de ce fait et le écran écran TV diffusait une chaleur également. Une chambre intolérable pour y dormir, nous sommes restés dehors jusqu'à 23h30 pour s'aérer et ne pas étouffer dans cette chambre. Le matelas est reposé sur une planche en bois agglomérée où je me suis blessée au genou dans l'angle du lit.

Déception

J'ai du attendre un moment pour avoir ma chambre(erreur fiche client et il voulait me faire payer un deuxième fois) Chambre vieillotte et je me suis fais bouffer le bras par un cafard que j'ai réussi à tuer. J'avais commandé le petit déjeuner, quand je suis descendue pour le prendre, rien n'était près, la dame m'a dit vous êtes seule et je suis occupée , pas de croissant me dit-elle je dois seulement aller les acheter, elle sort devant moi un fond de bouteille de jus d'orange !!!!et au bout de 15 mn je n'ai eu qu'un café , je me suis fâchée et de ce fait elle m'a remboursé le petit déjeuner.
