This property is less than a year old. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is really kind. It’s easy to get to and close enough to Choctaw in Grant OK to stay if you attend a concert or go play.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed to be doing the best they could with what they have. The lobby was dated and worn. The rooms were also dated. Old carpet, dusty baseboards & furniture and sheets coming off beds to name a few.

The gym was good. My niece used it each day of our stay. I myself looked at it as I passed by. The staff was friendly and noticed were were a quickly little group, so they played off that. Gave great suggestions on what to see and do. The place was very clean (and I am a clean freak). Other customers were a nice mix of travelers and people working in the area. We were there to see the elephants in Hugo. I can say the trip was a nice one with lots of laughter and silliness. Your hotel helped us enjoy our little trip.

First room we were given had not been cleaned. The front desk quickly moved us to another room but that’s inconvenient when you’re tired and carrying luggage all around. Second room was fine and close to breakfast- which was the usual fare nothing special.

The free breakfast is limited. The coffee was terrible with 1/2” of coffee grounds in the cup after pouring a cup. No trash bags in room trash cans. Over priced convenience items for sale at front desk. Tiny pool. No shade outside. Inside room cabinets are plywood covered with plastic veneer. TV in room not level. Blinking light in ceiling irritating while sleeping. Staff not helpful for billing issues. No manager on site. 3 pm on a Friday.
