Very nice apartment of 52m2, very quiet, seen on garden 5 minutes walk from Gambetta metro and 15 minutes from the center of Paris. A sofa bed in the living room, bedroom, balcony, bath, kitchen. Very lively district, many restaurants, bars, shops.
Place Gambetta next door is the point of arrival and departure of many transports, metro and bus. Neighborhood very calm.
