Had to ask for water bottles and was told to use water fountain???? Really!
Also, it was freezing in the hotel and it appears that it’s controlled centrally! So I bundled up and asked for more blankets. Very disappointing customer service for a hotel like this!

I wish there was an option for an early check in because I had an early flight and had to pay for the night prior in order to accommodate landing early. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast which was good. The room itself was clean.
Terrible stay. We had a leak in our bathroom on two occasions. This ruined our stay as we had to wait for maintenance and new rooms to be ready twice! This cussed us to be late and miss our reservations spoiling our whole weekend. The manager Laura was not very receptive to the issue and said she could not do anything as nothing was available to move us to. Instead we stayed the night in the leaking smelly room and I then got ill the next morning. I would never stay here again.
Extremely old. Squeaky floors. Not a fresh smell in the rooms. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
The best part of this hotel was a female Manager who helped us. She was incredible.
Close to the metro, close to shops and center of town. Breakfast was exceptional, room was large with a tub and heated marble floors. Espresso machine in the room and soft fluffy robes. No complaints.
The place was a furnace. The Airconditioner blew out hot air. I had to open the windows to let some air in and that brought mosquitoes inside the room. Had restless and awful 6 nights. Asked the room to be changed and the staff never helped
