We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the
convention center--which was about a ten minute walk.
The price was very good and a friend said it was better
than the hotel into which he was booked.
The people in the hotel were very nice. The room was
clean and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was basic, but very cheap for Paris.
I think that for a small Paris hotel, it was fine, but it was
not up to the usual American standard of a LaQuinta
in terms of decor. It was sort of gloomy.
We did have a problem with the electricity in that when we plugged our adaptor into the wall socket, it plunged the whole place into darkness.
Afterward, we found a socket on the other wall, which did not short out, so it was just one defective socket (which I suippose they will fix).
The location is perfect--right between two metro stations
with lots or restaurants in walking distance and a big Monoprix store right across the street.
My associate also had a room in the hotel and had no complaints.
If we go back to the same trade fair again, we will stay there.
