The people that works at the property are very friendly, communicative and ready to help. But it's very old property, not like on the pictures on the website, also for 18 hours there was no water and heat.

Expect bit different than photos but overall ice
Staff was very friendly, room had great cleaning service and location had good options around for food, drinks, groceries and pharmacy. The only thing negative was that the hotel is under renovation work so the way to the room wasn't as nice. There wasn't any mention of construction work which should have been disclosed on the page. Even though there was nothing wrong with the room, the photos seemed very different than the room itself. The balcony was weirdly behind the toilet and not through the room. But the cleanliness and reception staff were great and those matter more, so it was a good experience overall.

This is a very small hotel with lots of stairs. The rooms are extremely small but very clean. The staff was very helpful as we only stayed one night and had to move because my husband has some mobility issues, and the stairs would not work for him.

I was not expecting 200 euros per night hotel, find the following not available in the room, the fridge, slippers, and room very dark , and not the way they shows on line ,the people there very nice, very hospitable ,but over all I was not happy and it is not worth 200 euros , just worth max. 80 euros per night

This is a nice hotel to stay in Paris. It's close to a lot of establishments like restaurants, convenient stores, market and more. Train stations and bus stops are also nearby. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There's also breakfast that's available for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed staying at this hotel and will definitely stay again when we go back to Paris. 5 stars!!! Thank you!

Impeccable cleanliness.
Need to have phones in rooms so you don’t have to go down to lobby . I did not see a business center. I was told by you that breakfast was included and was told no . He said it cost 8 or 7 euros . I lost my cni card. Overall better than I expected and remembered from staying there in past . Very clean.

Good overall for short business stay
Clean hotel, friendly staff. In the center of Levallois Perret, close to many restaurants. Very helpful corner shop next door. A bit of trafic in the evening but relatively quiet at night.

Recomiendo este lugar si solo van a dormir, fui de viaje con mí familia y rente dos cuartos de los cuales uno estaba un poco más amplio que el otro, ademas que uno si tenía un ventilador y el otro no, cosa que tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta y si son de sueños ligeros el ruido no los dejará dormir. En términos de limpieza todo súper bien, y de servicio también el chico de la recepción fue súper amable llegamos unas 2hrs antes del check in y nos cuido nuestro equipaje hasta que pudimos hacer el registro y el día que salíamos muy temprano nos hizo el favor de pedirnos un taxi

The hotel is located in a good location with shopping and food nearby. Using the lift in yhe hotel is hard as you still need to use stairs which is hard with luggage. Front desk help is very friendly.

Pleasant stay.

If you wish for the next time, some good 3 stars hotels proposes that service. For the TV, maybe you should have warned us because we wouldn't have left a client without a tv working. IT'S ONLY 20 MINUTES AWAY ON BUS TO CENTRAL
Nice budget hotel for its value. Close to all the attraction centre. Eiffel Tower and champs EYLSEES and much more. To go to central walk only 8 minutes walk from hotel and take bus 92 to central of Paris And if you travel to Paris by Eurostar it only 30 minutes by Metro to GARE DU NORD STATION.

So this property in my eyes amazing about 30 min away from eiffel tower ( i know seems far) but how else will you get to know the city ??? 2 blocks back theres an excellent little spot for crepes and other quick snacks (phase west) i believe... you walk about 10 min took route 92 on bus to get me to eiffel... the hotel is clean, although there is no AC i would definetely stay there again did i mention location was safe and peaceful.

Lovely staff, clean room and linens. Perfect for a short break in Paris and not too far from public transport metro and bus. The only downside is that walls are a bit thin (you can hear outside and neighbours talking).

Good for an overnight stop
The room was clean which is the most important thing when you are looking for a pit stop hotel in your travels.That and good service at the front desk. Don't expect luxury. The necessities are there but packed in a tight space.

Excellent value in an expensive city
Well-located hotel at excellent price point just outside the Paris city limits. All major tourist sites reachable within 30 min. on the Metro (5-10 min. walk away); Palais des Congrès is 20-25 min. walk away (RER C was closed during my visit). Plenty of small shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as bigger brands at the SOuest shopping centre 5 min. away. Staff very friendly and helpful, speedy internet and plenty of hot water in the shower. On the downside, as other reviewers have mentioned, there are no kettles in the rooms. The shower was tiny with no shelf, so fetching items from the floor was interesting. Walls unfortunately thin, although the majority of guests were very considerate; one couple having a 'special' night needed some help on this matter from another guest banging on their door... Nonetheless, would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel near Metro station Louise Michel
Staff speaks English and were very nice and helpful, its a 10minute walk if that tk the nearest Metro station M6 which takes you straight to the Opera heart of downtown. Grocery market nearby as well as a variety of restaurants around nearby streets, we had the suite with our own bathroom, shower was cold and double bed was a little hard but room was clean and housekeeper cleaned everyday, the hotel breakfast was ok but bakery cross the st is better :) overall very good hotel for the price and location isn't that bad because you have the metro or you can uber everywhere!

Comfortable Stay
Stayed at this hotel from July 23rd until July 27th. Happy with the location, neighborhood and especially the staff. All we needed was a bed to sleep in as we were out all the time and that is exactly what we got. There was no point paying more money for a hotel when we were only in the room to sleep. Easy access to Louise Michel Metro Station and a Superb Mall within a 3 minute walk that had a huge Grocery store for our breakfast and lunch needs. No need to purchase the 7 Euro breakfast as you can easily get a cheaper alternative within a few moments walk.

Noisy, very basic. Hard beds. No air con and very noisy streets outside 24hrs if you need to open windows. Cant leave windows open as open wide so not secure. No tea/coffee facilities. Was fine as a bed for 2 nights but over priced for what it was. A hostel would have been cheaper and similar standard.

Fabulous weekend
The visit was amazing, the hotel was situated in a quite area, not too far from central Paris!
