Rough and Small
Room was in pretty rough shape. window curtains were broken, carpet was very dirty. Booked because it stated that there was a double bed for my kid to sleep between me and my wife. it was just two single beds pushed together with a large crack down the middle. The other beds in the room were extremely worn out and uncomfortable. Stayed in Paris many times, would not recommend this place as it was very disappointing for the price paid. Staff was helpful and very friendly tho.

Our family of 4 loved the hotel. The staff was genuine and kind. They did not just do their job, they radiated help. The quadruple room was small for the US standards, but very doable. We also appreciated that the kids were separated with a wall from us. The hairdryer had a panel with a North American outlet. The area is very walkable, 5min from a subway station, within 15-30 min from major attractions. If we go back to paris, we will stay there again.

Bed done regularly, clean and good value. I just wish they replenish coffee pods daily. Walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shops. A couple of homeless people sleeping by the other side of the entrance of this hotel/s.

Efficient and friendly staff. Room was clean, bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was small but definitely adequate. All in all a lovely hotel right in town. Close to metro and some lovely restaurants.

I booked a triple room for 2 nights and was very dissatisfied with the top floor attic room I was given considering the price! The room was extremely tiny with a very low ceiling. My husband who is 6'3" had to crouch sometimes. The room had sloping walls that felt like they were closing in on us and the shower was so tiny you couldn't bend over to wash your feet. Overall it was very uncomfortable for 3 adults! I shudder to think what would happen in the event of a fire on this top level! I expressed my concerns to the front desk attendant (Neisha) after checking in and she gladly offered to give me a different room the next day since the hotel was fully booked that night. The next morning I met the hotel manager (who refused to give her name) and told her what was going on. She was very rude and offered no resolution to my problem rather she said to me: "thats's my opinion of the room" and she cannot do anything about it. I explained that Neisha offered to give me a new room and she exclaimed "what did she tell you?". She was totally infuriated about this but eventually said ok she would move us. Prior to Paris, I stayed in similar priced hotels in Rome and Florence. The rooms were decent and most importantly the customer service was exceptional! This hotel manager absolutely lacked professionalism and respect. I declined the new room offer primarily because of fear of being vindicated. The manager later apologized which I accepted but this was my worst experience ever!

Staffs were very nice and helpful. Easily accessible to the public transportation. Room was always clean and bed made everyday. The breakfast was worth it for every penny you pay. Bread and pastries were always fresh and warm. Plenty of restaurants options surrounding the hotel. Highly recommended.

Tiny rooms but clean and with frinedly staff
Friendly staff, position close to many restaurants, clean, but very very very small rooms, very small shower cabin, entrance in between buildings (in the courtyard), elevator up to 4th floor and to the 5th only tiny staircase. Rooms with nit so good noise isolation.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was amazing, Beds and pillows very comfortable and staff was great, specifically Ahmed who saved the day and was extremely helpful. We went to a concert and Uber app Crashed. We didn’t feel Comfortable hailing a cab and by that time public transportation wasn’t working. Ahmed called us a cab and stayed on the phone with me until we got into the can. He was also able to see where we were by gps so he made sure we got home safe. I appreciate how much we went out of his way for us!

Very quiet street in a central location. Friendly and helpful staff! As a solo female traveller, I was apprehensive about staying on a quiet street in Paris but I felt very safe, indeed. I am also a very light sleeper and j can attest that noise is not an issue at all. Gxxxgle maps does not properly show the enclave the hotel is in but trust the reviews that it is a great find!

We stayed here as part of a larger trip: London, Paris and Brussels. Appreciated the a/c. Loved we could open the windows and experience the outdoors. The front desk wasn't too helpful. Getting someone who spoke English and could help us was hit and miss.

Amazing stay June 2022
Amazing stay! Amit and all the staff were very nice and friendly. Definitely coming back. Hotel was in an amazing location where you can walk to all the main sites! Close to Eurostar train station also. Cute courtyard and window overlooking this.

Very good value for the price. Staffs are friendly and professional. My room was spotless, and i can tell the pillow cases are ironed. Bath room is small but expected for Paris. Love they used Nuxe brand shower gel, i ended up buying it at the store as souvenir! Great location with walkable distances to main attraction happy with my stay
