I booked a double room with a bathroom and got neither. It was extremely uncomfortable to have to share the bathroom with the whole floor and sometimes people from other floors. the room had no AC so the room was extremely hot and they never cleaned our room just changed towels. There was no elevator. The manager refunded me 100 euros for the inconvenience and did charge the tax which I thought it a good gesture. I liked that you had the metro right outside the front door and several restaurants and bakeries

Dear Laura,You got the room you booked, I took the risk of accepting your daughter for free when it's forbidden. 2 people maximum per room, I bought an extra bed for your daughter, I reimbursed you 100.00 what more can I do (accommodate all three of you for free) you had to ask.

There was no Elevator!! and the stairs were very narrow and spiral. It was difficult to get the luggage up the stairs. Also the WIFI did not work. VERY noisy. Service was bad However, the was steps from the Metro, and close to shops.

Nice and pleasant stay
We like our stay in this hotel. the hotel is really comfortable, clean and nice. The staffs are also friendly and helpful. The metro station is in front the door. But we got the 6th floor which a bit tiring for my Mother to climb. In return the view was nice. Would definitely come back again.

The hotel managers were great! They helped us get a taxi (metro was not operating due to the strikes) in the early morning—very helpful. Our only issue was that there was no hot water for showers. We tried a long time, but it was always cold.

Okay for the price, rooms are very small
Stayed there for 5 nights, the stay was okay. The room was very small (although that was stated in the description while we were booking a room, so this is not a hotel's problem, just take it into account). Our room had 2 windows, but both looking to a busy street, so it was noisy from the early morning. The room was clean when we arrived, but diring our stay the cleaning which was made daily, was not really good. The lady was just making the bed and bringing new towels. We had no glasses/cups/spoons in the room but we asked for them and received everything we needed. Overall the stay was okay, fairly good for the price and very close to the metro.

Host helped us with information on travel places to go and other things too! Spoke English! He also helped us to use the kitchen microwave and was generous as well! Room was nice and location is too good (just next to metro)!

Nice hotel close to the metro
Perfectly located near the metro. Easily accessible. However the room wasn’t cleaned everyday. There would always be something missed. Towels or new cups or making of the beds.

Less than expected
The Hotel is rated 4.5. The room was dirty, the curtains was dirty. The stairs and bathroom upstairs was difficult. No fresh supply of toilet paper. Very noisy area and the floors were never cleaned. The drain in the shower blocked with hair. The cleaner also stole from our purchases. The photos of the Hotel is misleading, will opt for a More expensive Hotel next time. Cleansiness is very important. Hotel Impossible.

Cozy hotel with a great location.
It’s exactly what you would think. Check-in was quick. The staff was polite and kind, and the rooms were clean and cozy. It’s basically atop a Metro stop and in a lively neighborhood. Didn’t spend much time here, but it’s great for those who wish to be out and about.

Hotel location is good not far from part dieu station and shopping center , staff are helpful and friendly , room is wide , but there is no kettle , water for drinking , coffea , nor tea in the room

The hotel is in a fairly nondescript, not exciting neighborhood, but that doesn't stop it from being very loud (sirens, traffic, etc.) if your windows are open. People came down the street screaming at the top of their lungs on a weeknight in the middle of the night. The lack of A/C makes summer stays unbearable, since having the window open helps, though not much. The staff do not have a great command of English, which makes communicating difficult. The tiny, cramped stairwell is the only way to access rooms upstairs, so if you have a big suitcase, forget about booking here. The room itself was larger than the last place I stayed in eastern Paris, but still pretty small quarters. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not good support (very flat).

Okay for the price
No lift, had to walk up 5 flights of a tiny spiral staircase which was tiring after a day of walking around Paris. Breakfast was mediocre. Clean rooms. Pillows were flat. Bed was comfortable however. Overall okay for the price, about 30 minutes from the heart of Paris by metro. free wifi.

For my vacations I went to Paris and stay in the Hôtel de l'Union, it was a very clean place with a nice location near a subway stop. The staff has a great actitud always and was very kind and helpful with me.

Ok: Great location but cleanliness lacked overall.
The room was small but given the price that was to be expected. It was just generally not very clean with dust visible in the corners and hair on the bed. The shared bathrooms could really use some help as well; however, breakfast was free and it is really conveniently located next the metro.

Perfect for budget traveller
Good location and very convenient as the metro station "Maraichers" is right in front of the hotel; surrounded by eateries and supermarkets such as carrefour city. It is perfect for budget traveller. However, you might find it uncomfortable as the hotel is lacking of an elevator and in-room aircond. We were staying on second floor, we opened our window to sleep as it is too warm. The traffic sound is very disturbing. We stayed for 8 nights, and there was a day they forgot to clean our room, and another day they forgot to give us coffee.

A budget stay at Paris
A budget stay at Paris. A bit expensive for location and condition of hotel, anyway it is Paris so understandable. Staff are nice. Not at center of Paris but right in front of Metro exit, so super convenient when going around Paris by metro. Room condition is okay. Bathroom is large enough with a bathtub, but room is a bit stucked with furnitures. Tea set is not refilled. Saw some bugs,maybe cocokroaches.

Fournaise et petit déjeuner inexistant
Établissement montrant une salle de petit déjeuner et une corbeille de viennoiseries dans ses photos de présentation, alors qu'il ne font plus de petits déjeuner depuis le covid. Il serait bon de supprimer ces photos qui prêtent à confusion. Le coffre fort n'avait aucun descriptif de fonctionnement. En demandant à la réception, on nous a répondu "je ne sais pas comment ça fonctionne" et le lendemain, on nous a donné une dizaine de clés en nous disant de voir si une fonctionne. Avec la chaleur de ce week-end, il n'y avait qu'un propre ventilateur pour rafraîchir la chambre. Quartier très bruyant. Mauvaise isolation sonique.

El lugar es más hostal que hotel, solo entraron a tender la cama pero no a limpiar, el piso no vio el trapeador o la escoba durante los tres días y noches que estuvimos. Para mitigar el calor que había, nos pusieron un ventilador que apenas servía. Deberían advertir que este es un lugar que no tiene política para accesibilidad ya que las habitaciones están en pisos superiores y no hay elevador. Lo positivo. Su ubicación es buena, está cerca del metro y hay opciones de comida a precios razonables, más que en los lugares turísticos de Paris.

Querido ClaudiaToda la información está disponible en el sitio desde 2015, no hay ascensor ... La mucama no molesta a los clientes si están en la habitación durante las horas de limpieza, la limpieza se realiza rigurosamente todos los días, de lo contrario, no estaremos más.
