Premier jour, il serait important de prĂ©ciser que l'on ne peut pas payer une grande partie du sĂ©jour avec les chĂšques vacances ( l'hĂŽtel n'accepte qu'a hauteur de 30€ pour les deux jours passĂ©s sur place) arrivĂ©e dans la chambre fenĂȘtre ouverte un froid de SibĂ©rie il est 22 h . Pas de savon pour pouvoir se laver ou prendre une douche. Annonce faites pour trois personnes et des serviettes uniquement pour deux . Petit dĂ©jeuner intercontinental au compte goutte, pour ce qui est des viennoiseries par lots de 5 unitĂ©s des Ɠufs froids ,pains en tranches assĂ©chĂ© , le pire du sĂ©jour fut la seconde nuitĂ©e du bruit , tapage nocturne Ă  partir de 22h sans interruption, je dĂ©cide d’appeler la rĂ©ception il est 23h23 Ă  la rĂ©ception elle me dit qu’elle va envoyer le veilleur de nuit il est venu taper Ă  la porte des voisins Ă  0h55 il a fait quoi tout ce temps lĂ  ? Le calme n’est revenu dans l’hĂŽtel que vers 1h30 du matin , on a rĂ©ussi Ă  s’endormir vers 2h du matin pour se lever Ă  5h quelle nuit pourrie
. On a pas eu la protection de l’hĂŽtel qui devait nous garantir le repos .. je demande Ă  ĂȘtre remboursĂ© !! De cette nuit d’hĂŽtel . Pour information nous Ă©tions lĂ  pour le travail cet hĂŽtel Ă©tait soi-disant Ă  12,8 km de distance de notre lieu de travail sur votre site hĂŽtels. Com alors qu’en rĂ©alitĂ© il est situĂ© Ă  19km donc je vous laisse imaginer tous les dĂ©sagrĂ©ments subis

Le personnel de l'hÎtel était vraiment trÚs accueillant et trÚs professionnel. Le souci a été d'ordre sonore. Certains clients ne tiennent pas compte du fait que les murs sont fins, que l'insonorisation est quasi inexistante. Je suis venue à Villeneuve pour travailler ; les nuitées dans ces conditions ne m'ont pas permis le repos requis. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hÎtel lors de mon prochain séjour de travail.
