This property was in a beautiful area and it was walking distance from several stores and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The only complaint that I have is that after day 1 of my stay, the air went out and it was very warm in the room. My husband had to put in a notification twice but it was handled shortly afterwards. The other issue is that the sink was stopped up and it was reported but never resolved. We were still able to deal with it. All in all, this was a beautiful hotel and it was very comfortable and I wouldn't mind staying again. The themed artwork in the lobby, the hallway on each floor and each room was absolutely beautiful!

This is an adorable, modern boutique hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are small but well appointed. It’s a short walk to the metro station and two blocks from the Seine with a great view of the Eiffel Tower.

It is a 4 stars hotel but condition is like a 2 stars in Canada and US. They did not have a iron inside my room. I had to ask them. They brought for me an old iron that made colours on my clothes. The taxi that I reserved by hotel while online checking, did not appeared. But they charged me 8 euro down payment in advanced. I had to go with another taxi from airport. I asked the receptionist to refund my money. She tried het best and she was very nice snd polite. Finally I got my refund email. But the taxi service was refused to return it back at the begining. With my insist and her effort, I finally got email for refund. Staffs are very nice and polite. Cleaning was good. Overal was good experience.

Hello Mrs Ryan,First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing our boutique hotel for your stay.We are sorry that our hotel and services did not live up to your expectations. Our standard is that of a 4-star hotel (French, that's true :) ), a classification which was renewed last May and which we validated with dignity. We always have an iron in every room, but we can provide one on request. All our irons are in very good condition and are checked regularly and replaced if necessary. No feedback was received on this subject during your stay.We are very sorry if this happened. Concerning your taxi booking, you booked a taxi for a pick-up at CDG airport on the day of your arrival. The taxi waited for you at your meeting point and tried to reach you several times without success. The taxi stayed there for more than 3 hours while you waited and you did not show up at the meeting point. Finally, you took a taxi yourself from the airport. We contacted the taxi company booked online, which had already blocked the sum for your journey, in order to request a refund on an exceptional basis, as the establishment was unable to help you because the confirmation with all the details of your taxi booking and the exchanges with the driver etc. were done directly by yourself and we had no details. After several reminders and efforts on the part of our team, the taxi company exceptionally agreed to reimburse you even though the taxi had arrived and was waiting for you. We are pleased to have been able to help and that our efforts are appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you back and ensuring your satisfaction.

The heat did not work. We were told we were not allowed to turn it on. The hot water didn’t work for two days out of our four day stay. With weather being in the 30s hot water and heat is a must. I won’t ever stay here again.

Hi Jennelle,We are very sorry to hear your disappointment, but thank you for your stay in our boutique hotel.Nevertheless, I would like to point out a few things:- the heat was indeed working, but the French legislation impose to every public establishment to raise it just to a certain point and we already had it at the maximum we could, as explained many and many times. We also gave you an extra duvet to cover yourself with.- the problem with the hot water was indeed an issue that covered Sunday evening and Monday morning, not more than that. We offered the hour you had at our SPA. You were very happy about it at your departure.We understand the cold of Paris these past few days has been really critic, but we never told you to not use the heating.

Modern hotel in Paris
The hotel was clean modern with very good breakfast. Everything available in my specious room. You just have to pay extra for spa, though I didn’t have time to use it anyways. About 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much all.

I would like to start off by saying the staff was amazing. I do not want this review to be hard on them since they did they best to try and keep their guests content. However, the hotel itself is a different story. The check in time is super late, who checks in at 4:00 PM while their checkout time is still 12:00 PM. Thankfully the hotel does let guests leave their bags at reception and it gives you time to enjoy the city while you wait. The hotel is very misleading especially with their photos. They portrait a jacuzzi and bar common area on the roof top but it is only accessible to guest with suits. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel over others with parking was the jacuzzi and bar common area. I rented a car and had to pay weekly parking instead. For the price I paid at the hotel, I found different hotels with better bang for your buck in the sa

The check-in time is from 16:00, but if you arrive earlier and the room is already ready we will give you the key without any problem. The jacuzzi is private, as it is in our suites. We also have a SPA area (with swimming pool, sauna and hammam) which is privatized for all the customers of the hotel, on reservation of the time slots between 7 am and 00 am. We also have a bar next to the reception and not on the terrace, which is open until 11pm every day. The hotel does not have a car park. There is a car park nearby which unfortunately has to be paid for, like all other car parks in Paris. All this information is well indicated on our website. We are sorry that some information was not clear to you. Our reception is open 24 hours a day, so next time, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email to have all your questions answered. Best regards,

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. All the staff is super friendly, so accommodating and made my stay super easy. Polama is trilingual (Spanish, English, and French) she has my stay something to remember! Se explained local restaurants, bars, shopping areas that I could get to within 24 hours of my visit and the best part everything is extremely close within walking distance. Thank you so much Hotel Felician and Polama. If I ever go back to Paris I must here!! 5 stars!

The staff was "PERFECT!" The shower was bellow standard. I would stay there again. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, and the Arc de Triomphe. There are many nearby grocery stores and resturants. I highly recommend the facility. My only justification for not giving all five stars, is associated with the shower issue.

They were doing some type of reconstruction by the main desk. The pool, Spa, and Gym was very small and disappointing. Hotel Room was surperb. About 25-30 min walk to the Eiffel Tower.

We do not have a bartender because we have an 'honesty bar' and as we informed you at your check-in, that means that it is a self-service. We have a small fitness center as you can see at our pictures but is not a fake one. As we are a "boutique hotel" we do not have a pool but a basin; sauna and hammam and we hope you enjoyed it. NO Parking Receptionist unhelpful. ROom, small and eclectically decorated. AN 'honour bar' type system where you have to help yourself. Breakfast where you have to get your own drinks. Buffet sort of OK Toilet has no washbasin so after using it you have to touch door handles before you get to the bathroom to wash your hands Outside of hotel littered with cigarette butts. UNpalatable Overall very very disappointing. Definitely not worth the price. Overall really poor

Bonjour, We are sorry that your stay doesn't meet your expectation but we did our best to answer to your request. At your arrival, you were upgraded on a superior room. It was one of the bigger room that we have (20m2). You were not satisfy and we tried to give you the same room on your voucher as you asked but then you refused. The hotel was full during your first night but we offer you to change room the second night. About the room service, we have one and all informations are inside our welcome book. As I told you at the check in, we have a Honesty Bar, that's mine that you can take drinks by yourself and do your own cocktails. Of course, if you want, we are also able to prepare your drinks. You just have to ask to the front desk. We offer a continental breakfast and it is a self service.

Located in a area that felt more local the touristy with good restaurants and shops within walkable distance and some tourist attractions within a walkable distance. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. We were provided an early check-in. The let down was the room and the wifi. A stain on the box spring of the bed was the first thing we noticed upon walking in. I believe this could be covered up and question why anyone would leave something so ugly to greet guests. The bed was two singles pushed together so if your a cuddly couple expect someone to be sleeping in the crack! The bed had for pillows... 2 small hard pillows and 2 large lumpy pillows. Not great for our sleep. The bathroom garbage bin was broken as well. Plan ahead if showering as the hot water takes forever to get to the shower. The wifi was almost unusable for simple thing like reading text and Netflix barely functioned once in three nights staying there. While not essential it was noted that this VIP hotel did not recognized our Expedia VIP status in any way.

Silver Suite is worth every penny
The Silver Suite was absolutely worth it. It could easily sleep six, but it made for a very cozy couple's getaway. The rooftop terrace included a hot tub and some chair to lay out on. The staff was very helpful and patient with my atrocious French.

This hotel has been a let down from the moment we arrived. I booked this hotel because it was a VIP hotel and had a bath tub and airconditioning. When we arrived we were upgrade to a room without air continuing, we had to go back to our standard room without a bathtub because they could not fix it. Then the shower didn’t not work. When asked to fix it, they did not. The hotel might look shiny and new in the pictures ,it is not, it is not a VIP hotel nor is it a four star hotel. Please don’t stay here. Spend the money on a nicer hotel with great service.
