The hotel is well located. the staff was horrible, extremely condescending and I would NEVER come back. I have never been treated like this in ANY hotel. I have been to more than 40 countries and I have never seen such a treatment.

Great location for me , room was small but big enough for a Beautique hotel , freshly decorated and comfortable, only fault if any no tea and coffee facilities, and not enough shelf space in bathroom , but I would definitely stay again .

Great last minute stay
I need to stay at this hotel because my prior arrangements fell through. I booked at 12:30am and checked in at 1am. The front desk was awesome and super accommodating to me so late at night. Service was lovely, room was ready for me and breakfast was offered. I left my luggage at the desk after check out and came back later in the day and stayed to charge my phone and rest a bit before I left for the airport.

Really Lovely!
The staff at Hotel Icone are super friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcome and in fact upgraded my room. The Hotel is located literally a minutes walk from Metro Richelieu-Drouot and a 15 minute walk from the Louvre. The room itself is really clean and modern, and the air-conditioning is super cold and a welcome treat from the unusually hot weather. I would definitely stay here again.

I like the room look and layout however the standard room was small and the dark colours makes the room seem smaller - would have been better to have more white/light colours. It was a place to sleep whilst out travelling so didn't mind as much but would have made the room more pleasing. The photo you used was misleading as I purchased this room expecting the room on the photo but that was not the case - you should make it clearer to prevent any complaints as 366euros is a lot of money for a room that you didn't intend to be in

Nice hotel but building work was too loud!
Lovely hotel and all would've been perfect however the hotel was covered in scaffolding. Couldn't look out of the windows as they were covered and the noise was so loud you had to get out the room as soon as it started at 8am. Should have been prewarmed about the work.

Excellent stay in Paris
We recently stayed at Hotel Icone while visiting Paris for a few days. The location was excellent; it's central, near major attractions and within metres of a metro stop. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Given all this, the price we paid was absolute value for money! We'd highly recommend Hotel Icone.

Excellent price, location, and quality!
This is a phenomenal hotel. A tiny bit away from major attractions (enough to limit some of the late-night noise), but close enough to walk wherever needed (the Louvre was a 10-minute walk and the BigBus office was a 12-minute walk). The rooms were the size you'd expect in Paris...and very clean and modern. The front desk was always extremely helpful and you could request a taxi at any time and it would arrive in 5 minutes or less. They also had a sizeable breakfast that you could purchase for 12 Euro.

Great location
Hotel rooms are very small but adequate. Lobby/lounge area is attractive. The staff are wonderful. Extremely helpful and very friendly. They made our stay memorable. The location is perfect, within easy reach of all the main tourist sites. Particularly good for restaurants and bars. Galleries Lafayette are a mere 5 minute walk.

Great hotel for the price paid!
Hotel overall was ok, street out the front can be noisy on weekdays so be mindful as stuff goes on for the hotel next door throughout the night plus you can hear traffic even though its not a main street! Only get 1 pillow on your bed which is strange as some rooms get more than one - on asking the staff for an extra pillow ‘they had none left’. Hotel is clean, relaxed, modern but basic. Staff are very helpful. Lots of places to eat and drink around the hotel and 15mins walk to the lourve. Overall good value for money!

Average hotel but clean
Hotel location is quite convenient, close the metro. Room is small but clean. Wifi connection is not very stable. Besides, not all towels are replenished every day. And it will be great if hotel could provide coffee/ tea maker in each room.

Amazing hotel! Everything ranging from location, room, and hospitality were superb ! Location was a AAA at this hotel! The lourve is just a 10 min walk away! As a solo female traveler, I'm very careful of where I stay. I often stay at boutique hotels because I find staff be friendlier and welcoming! That was definitely the case here ! Mrs.Rollins, Ben & Fammy really made sure I felt at home ! Especially after having such a horrible experience at a previous hotel I was staying at. After telling the staff (ben) about my ordeal at my previous hotel (first half of my stay in Paris) he was nice enough to upgrade me to the 800 suit ! Super cozy with amazing views! My favorite view (curtains drawn) was falling asleep to the effiel towers light show ! Can't wait to be back ! Thank you all again !

We really liked our stay here! The hotel was very modern and had some cool furniture and lights in the common areas and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very helpful and arranged Louve tickets and a shuttle to the airport for us. We also had the breakfast, which for a small price was very good and the cook even made us extra pancakes and eggs. The location was great for walking around and exploring or getting to the subway. There was no shortage of bars & restaurants in the area. The only cons were that one of the beds was a little squeaky and the pillows were a little flatter than we prefer. We would definitely stay here again!

Modern hotel in lively neighborhood
The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood with lots of great restaurants nearby, and very close to the subway, but they still manage to keep the building quiet. The rooms are small but clean, but could use a new paint job, and a more comfortable mattress. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Icone Review
I was there for 2 days and this hotel was located close enough for me to walk to where I needed to go. Every evening i did get a taxi back though as it was off the beaten track. It was very quiet and the guy on reception was lovely and helpful. The room was functional, but a little cold and the shower never seemed to get fully hot. But overall, I was happy and would stay here again.

Location location location. A stone’s throw to Metro lines, ample shopping and great restaurants. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Room size is typical Paris boutique hotel but the modern decor was a nice accent. Front desk staff were attentive and cordial. Thank goodness for my 5am wake up call so I didn’t miss my flight! Highly recommend and would stay again.

Nice hotel close to everything yet in quiet
Overall a pleasant experience, however bin in bathroom wasn't emptied, and unnecessary high charges for simple things like tea and coffee, (basically hot water and a teabag) as a kettle, tea/coffee isn't available in the rooms. However, amazing shower and water pressure. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Room service available. Modern feel to the rooms and decor of the hotel. Room on 7th floor (loft room) isn't as modern though and bathroom is very dated and tub extremely small. Mcdonalds, dominos and Pizza Hut close by.
