Dirty property, saw a mouse passing by while having breakfast. the blanket had holes in it and there was a mousetrap in the room. the shower is just a shower.

We arrived in Paris late from Mauvais airport and had tried many times before 7pm to call the hotel to say that we would arrive close to midnight and please let us in. We received no response, no answer and as a result we had to spend the night (three of us) on hard chairs on the pavement outside a cafe across from the Gare du Nord. We had absolutely no sleep!

We were allotted room no39 in 4th floor.There was no lift facility and we had to carry our luggage through steep stairs.It was really disappointing. We got bugs in our bed.Only 2 small towels were given and was not changed daily.Only plus point was behaviour of staff at reception. Breakfast was not at all good and that too very limited amount, no buffet system. We had to eat as per their choice. Location is somehow good.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location close to metro stations and restaurants/cafes. The room is cleaned daily, but the general state of the property is terrible. It’s very old and not well kept. It does the job for the price, but I won’t be staying again.

Very dirty showers and uncomfortable sleep
Cleanliness and efficiency is a major factor and concern. There is no cleanliness in the shower facilities or toilets - it’s very dirty. The beds don’t have thin cotton sheets on the inside, just hot thick sheets which is uncomfortable at times. There is no air conditioning system or fan provided in the room to reduce the hot temperature.

When I booked I don't if I missread the description of my room but there was no toilet and shower only a sink within the room. Toilet were in the corridor and very very outdated room. Staff are very nice and friendly.

Worse hotel
This hotel was absolute the worst in the world I ever stayed at. I actually had contacted Hotels.com because of it and I left one night early. It was filthy, disgusting and extremely noisy. There was no air conditioning so had to leave the windows open, which made it even worse. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Just not good enough
To be honest the one guy in the reception in the evening was really nice other then that it was a disappointing stay … bed bugs and dirty sheets, room and mouldy bathroom.. the fully sticks of Cigarette smoke, dampness and mould…… Too hot to sleep in the room without leaving the windows fully open

The staff was helpful at check-in. The room is very old. Bedsheets were clean, but i was afraid of bedbugsI saw in morning signs of blood stains in the bed. The room smells horrible, like smoke and dirt combined. I had to keep my windows open in the night to be able to sleep. Tge walls, carpets were also dirty. I got what I paid for 1 night in Paris. Other than this, my stay in Paris was pleasing !

So disgusting!Bed bugs crawling all over the place
The worst hotel have ever been to. Its so gross that bed bugs are crawling everywhere. I am appalled that hotels such as this exist. I still even have bug marks as it was very itchy for days.

Bed bugs and smells so bad.
This kind of worst hotel you can’t find anywhere in the world. Dirtiest hotel in the world. Smells so bad everywhere. I find bad bugs and crab louse. I will upload pictures of bugs. If you want to be disappointed from Paris stay at this hotel.

I was not expecting much from a cheap, 2 stars hotel BUT it was more disappointed than expected. At first I choose the room with bathroom and somehow they gave without it. I needed to pay extra money for the private bathroom. I have to say that the front desk was able to help me with the issue. Expedia photos are not even close to what the actual room and hotel is. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is walking distance from the train station and from multiple metro station as well as bus service. No AC and if you sleep with the windows open the street is really loud. You can hear absolutely everything around you, so be prepare for everything. If your main focus is save money in hotel and enjoy the city, and you are not looking for comfort sleep. this hotel might be a good option for you.

The staff is actually pretty nice and helpful, however… the actual rooms are a mess, very cheap and extremely outdated, the floors cave in the hallways, everything looks rusty… and this is coming from a very low maintenance person! the location is right next to a police station which is good, because the neighborhood is pretty sketchy in some parts. But the staff is really nice tho 😕

Nice enough staff. Inexpensive. Clean where it mattered but smelt strongly of smoke and in serious need of a refit. Even the top bedding. Dodgy area but convenient for access to main tourist attractions. My room gave me front row seats to the next door police station and seemingly the late night/early morning noisy arguments between officers and detainees.

Perfect location
I had 2 night stay in this hotel. Hotel kindly offered me to see more rooms as i was not happy with first option. Im not going to say that you are looking to stay in good hotel. The star rating 1 star is correct. Location is perfect in Paris, walking distance for centre. Rooms are old, dated and bit smelly. This hotel is for a person who wants to have a good location and don't care about anything else, friendly staff. I would stay again just because of price and location, thank you

This is a very old building with minimal amenities. My room was clean and had plenty of room for what I needed. For the value, it was an appropriate room/hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The city view room looks out onto a noisy local street and does not give a view of any Paris skyline.
