Extensive refurbishment work being done on the ground floor. Reception working from a makeshift small table put in one corner. No iron available when requested. No soap in the bathroom. Breakfast being offered in a nearby hotel in the nest street

We originally booked with Olympic, however, were relocated to a hotel around the corner due to street construction. The new hotel, Hotel Alpha, was a very pleasant stay. Our early check in request was graciously accommodated. No extra paperwork needed upon arrival so check In was a breeze. We arrived early, around 9:30 and since we had already requested breakfast for the duration of our stay, the manager invited us to join in. During our stay everyone was lovely, very friendly, very attentive and very helpful. They even accommodated our stay after late check our due to a very late flight on our last day. Overall, I believe this hotel was a better fit for us so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in the outskirts of Paris and who wants to avoid the hustle and bustle of tourists. Both hotels are located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of many conveniences. The only downside is many services are closed on the weekends.

The property was clean, well maintained, conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and the metro stops. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great but did the job (hopefully could be improved). But other then that will certainly say another night and look forward to doing so!

great location for PSG stadium. Only took 7-8 minutes to walk. Pizzeria stays open late for late night food and drinks. Room was clean and comfortable with both extra heating and ac units ready if needed.

It was clean and the staff was excellent. But there wasn't enough space in the room for our bags. Also the room was hot and the fan supplied was inadequate and ran on a timer. The room needs a ceiling fan or other cooling mechanism that doesn't occupy space on the floor.

Amazing hotel
This hotel was very nice. It was more on the small side, but it made you feel at home. The staff were extremely kind. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone! Will definitely go back!

I had an okay stay here for a few nights. The wifi was good, it's close to the metro, etc. But I also had a few issues that the hotel should remedy. One of the reasons I picked this hotel in particular was because it is listed as having a front desk open 24 hours, compared to other hotels I had seen which closed checkin at earlier times. Since I would be arriving in the city very late, this was important to me. As my flight was delayed, I arrived in the middle of the night, to find the hotel's front door locked. I was quite worried, and since there was no doorbell I could see or anything like that, I actually had to call the hotel to be let in. Somebody who had clearly been sleeping came to open the door for me. If you are visiting from out of the country and do not want to make expensive phone calls, this is something to consider. Anyway, I felt like a huge inconvenience, upon check in, not exactly very welcoming. I also found it odd that no ID was requested upon check in. The key, which is attached to an actual tennis ball, is inconvenient to carry around, but when you are leaving the hotel the front desk asks to keep it. I also found this odd, and when I returned at the end of the day to ask for my key, no ID again was requested. So, there are some glaring security issues at this hotel and because of this I felt a bit uncomfortable leaving my belongings in the room. If these small issues were taken care of, this would be an otherwise great hotel.

Fab location for Parc de Princes.
Amazing time spent here in sunny but chilly February 2018. Picked this hotel for location to Parc de Princes. Hotel was quirky with a tennis theme, clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was continental with lots of choice and constantly replenished. Area was quite with busy high street 5 minute walk away. €2 would get you a single bus ticket to The Eiffel Tower or further if you wished. Couldn’t have asked for more from our weekend break in Paris

Hotel near Parc Des Princes
Stayed to attend PSG match. Within walking distance to Metro and range of shops, cafes, resteraunts. Ideal if needing location. Hotel small but adequate. Room only basis, didn't try breakfast. Overall good and would consider staying again if in that area.

If you're expecting a big comfy, quiet room, maybe this isn't the place for you. It was difficult to sleep due to the heat and noise from the corridor during the night. Good neighborhood and location though.

The hotel is a really nice old building refurbished. It is 5 floors with a little two-man elevator. The little patio outback was cool. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating, although they didn't seem to know much about things tourists would want to know (i.e. money exchange, good restaurants, etc.). The furniture and bathroom seemed fairly new and clean. The disappointing things were the size of the room (others have commented, I just hoped they were exaggerating) there was barely room to walk and the shower was difficult to get into, the lack of a safe (had to ask at desk), and the price was very high (breakfast should at least be included for that price). Otherwise, it was a very cute little hotel a convenient distance from the metro, but pretty quiet and clean. Overall, a good hotel for sightseers who plan not to be in the room very much.

An OK small hotel with lacking service
OK hotel if you need to be in this area, but don't pay extra for the premium room, as they are identical to the normal rooms except they have a Nespresso machine - However, the coffee pods were not daily replenished during my stay and housekeeping didn't even clean the dirty coffee cup and glass. So I basically paid 20 UKP extra per day for one cup of coffee on the first day !!!

Room Key is hooked in a Tennis ball that when you go out you have to leave your room key at the reception, because it's a real size tennis ball, never saw that before, it was interesting!

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and ideally located for Roland Garros and travel from Gard Du Nord. However, I would not recommend as there was no air con, and the room was hot and stuffy. The choice was to try and sleep with the window open with loud street noise, or noisy fan, even with these the room was very warm, and i did not get a good night's sleep.

Friendly reception, decent room for Paris standards and considering the good price. Wifi was broken the first day but was fixed next morning. Overall a positive surprise. The room is small - like most Paris hotels in this category - but modern, bright and clean. The bathroom looked like it was very recently renovated and/or very well maintained. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Centrally located in the heart of Boulogne-Billancourt. Steps away from shopping and the M9 metro station for fast and easy access to Paris. Good breakfast buffet. All staff very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

A great find
I wanted something away from the usual tourist areas and this was a great find. An altogether quieter area but still easily accessible to the rest of Paris. Ideal for Roland Garros if you want that (I didn't) and the Bois de Boulogne (I did want this). Never expect peace and quiet in any big city but this is fine considering its location.

Expedia cancelled our reservation at the Olympic Hotel, but the hotel personal were able to take us to Hotel Alpha which was owned by the same company. This hotel was great. Room was clean, bathroom had amenities with plenty of towels and hot water. Our room was noisy because it was adjoining a courtyard and we could hear people talking in other rooms late a night. Room had a safe and TV. Breakfast was typical french; breads, cheese, yogurt, cereal, meat,and juices. Coffee and tea too.
