Welcoming and relaxing stay
Beautifully clean and tidy. All staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Shower was great. Swimming pool is narrow and long and has to be booked, which we ended up having all to ourselves.

Front desk, restaurant, and bar staff are very, very friendly and helpful. The one downfall we experienced was the housekeeping. Stayed for 3 nights and one day 1/night 1 upon check-in our room was not ready at 3:00. We were told it would be an additional 40 minutes. We waited in the Lobby and the room wasn’t ready after 40 minutes, it took a lot 60-65 minutes. We were offered Complimentary drinks and then breakfast the next day which was very nice. But then after our first night, on day 2, our room was never cleaned. We Got back to hotel around 9:30/10:00 pm and to find our beds were not made, no fresh towels or bathroom cleaning, used coffee cups were not Removed, drinks in fridge not replenished…the room had not been touched by housekeeping at all. It was cleaned the next day but for a hotel that charges this much per night and advertises as 5 star, this should be done daily.

Hotel Parister is a gem of a hotel situated in a convenient location, within walking distance of the Louvre and nearby monuments. The pool is perfect, the breakfast exquisite, the staff super-friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere warm, peaceful and relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property is meticulously clean. Would recommend the Hamman deluxe room. For the price it’s very reasonable. Great neighborhood and metro is right around the corner.

Best stay ever at Hotel Parister! Staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was great. The spa was clean and second to none. My wife and I visited Paris for the first time not knowing what to expect. The staff at the hotel took the time to help us map out a schedule to visit all the main sites. Most of the sites were walking distance. They really made our visit easy and a pleasure. When I needed a shave, an umbrella, or adapters to charge our phones, the hotel met our needs. Water is free! I really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a personal touch. The hotel is very clean and the area is very safe.

Our family stayed at this wonderful hotel for the spring break and we all like this hotel after staying here for 3 nights. This is our first trip to the Paris and I did extensive research to help decide which hotel we should book. I would say Hotel Parister is worth the money and a proven solid choice. The hotel has exceptional customer service, wonderufl breakfast and very convenient location(2mins walking distance to Metro 7 Cadet station). Our family all like this hotel and I would even book it again if we visit Paris next time. It is a small hotel but we like everything it offers. The staff is very friendly and every day morning we enjoyed a really good breakfast to provide both adults and kids a full energetic day. The hotel staff responded to my email message promptly with helpful tips. We enjoy our stay here and I would not hesitate to book it again in the future. Thank you!

There are many things I disliked: First, I stayed 3 nights but the treadmill worked only the first day. In had to run outside in my shorts (in winter) for the following 2 days because it was not fixed. Second, I chose the hotel for its pool. The pool was nice but disappointing because I was the ONLY swimmer wearing a swim cap. There were 5 other swimmers in the pool, some with very long hair, and they were careless. The pool was filled with hair! It also smelled bad. I was afraid of getting a skin rash after swimming an hour. Otherwise the pool temp is nice, and the size is great. Third, my shower handle was leaking. I asked the staff to fix it, but on the second and 3rd days, it was actually worse. I could only use the shower in the fitness center as a result. This was my second stay (the first time was very nice), but now I doubt I will aver return.

However, we are a little bit surprised that it did not worked the next days, as we have repair it the following day of your report. Indeed the bathing cap is not mandatory in our pool area, but strongly recommended. We count on the vigilance of each guest and we take care of the regular cleanliness of these places. The water is also carefully treated daily, so there is no risk of bathing in it.We are sorry that the situation with your shower handle has not improved despite our intervention. Thanks to your report, a second intervention could take place to solve the problem.We still hope that we will welcome you again.Kind regards,

Wonderful 3 nights in a fantastic 5* hotel
I had such a wonderful stay at the Parister. The front desk staff were ever so helpful - special thanks to Louisson for being so kind and make me feel so well looked after during my stay. Bartender Alejandro was fantastic and created a simple and yet delicious non alcoholic cocktail just for me. The 24hr pool was a fantastic feature. I would however point out that the rooms do look a little tired and probably could do with some refurb. - the metal plates around the sockets completely fell off. Also it would be nice if the room service had a bit more choices.

The hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I didn't eat there, however, the breakfast buffet look very good. If you're using the Metro, it's only a block from the Cadet station.
