Hotel is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. While it is outside city centre and more residential, the area is lovely and we enjoyed eating like locals at some really great tapas restaurants. Staff were helpful and kind. We had a great stay!

Loved the pool and spa area. And the staff,well, i just can't say enough about how absolutely accommodating they were. And they spoke better English than i do! Super nice area, away from the hustle and bustle. And most importantly... excellent value 👏..my wife and i will be back

Transport to Inner City Paris takes about 12 minutes to walk to. The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff are polite and accommodating to those who don’t speak French lovely four star stay

The staff was very nice and helpful. The shops and composite with in walking distance and the metro as well. The room with a beautiful view was so romantic room 24 with a view to the street and a beautiful widow that gives a picturesque view. Very clean .

It was a great stay at Europe Residence and Spa. The staff is extremely friendly and very very helpful. I only wished the AC in the hotel was working whilst we were there which they did tell us at check-in that the Hotel was having AC problems which is fine but I’d then expect a reduced price for the rooms.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and quiet. Modern rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and definitely a real credit to the hotel. The breakfast was also surprisingly good give the price. Also very convenient location and easy to get to central Paris and where we needed. Only minor feedback point is that the bathrooms were rather strangley designed and water seemed to leak out of the shower and all over the bathroom floor. That did not spoil the stay at all however

Ok stay. The bed was comfortable. The carpet in the room was dirty and needs an update and the washroom was tiny, even for Paris. Location was about a 10 minute walk to the metro. Not so good experience during my stay. Reason been that, we had no orientation to the place and how to use facilities. Breakfast was poor no option to choice from and tasteless. We had to eat cos we paid for. No iron in the room or fridge to cool drinks and food. Shower was broken and when reported it took the following day to be fixed so we had to use paper cups provided to fetch water from the tap for a shower. Not a good 4 nights stay.

I called the hotel for the parking before arriving the hotel. The man said he would tell me where the parking space is when I arrive. When I arrive, the receptionist lady pass me the map of the parking space, but, I could not find the parking lot, so, I found another parking lot by myself. When I checked in, I was asked to pay the full amount for one night even I already paid though Expedia. I told it to her, then she realized it’s her mistake. When she explained this hotel is smoking free hotel, I told her that we don’t smoke. Then, she told me again, I should not smoke because there was a smoke detector in the room. I didn’t understand why she told me because I had already told her that I didn’t smoke. For some reason, she suspected I would smoke secretly. I didn’t feel good. Finally I passed my ID card for checking in. She forgot to return it to me. When I pointed out, she gave me back. The room cleanness and the area around the hotel was good. But, the service from the receptionist was poor.

Very comfortable stay. The front desk and cleaning staff were so friendly and were so welcoming. Comfortable beds with plenty pillows. Really nice bathroom. Breakfast was good but i wish there was a little more variety throughout the week. Pool and Jacuzzi area were clean. It was a really nice and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Hotel was overall really good. Downsides were the gym which wasnt so much a gym and the bathroom was extremely small. Ive you're over 6ft you will struggle, so my advice would be to book a bigger room than the classic.
