Staff did not alert or notice that or when water would be shut off. They did not offers any type of alternative to the situation. Room was dirty, stains on the wall, stains on the curtain. Would not recommend for 100 euros a night!!

The room had flies inside as i just stayed for night so didn’t inform. I had requested for smoking room but they didn’t provide. The staff was not friendly at all. The card key didn’t work had to get it fixed each time i come in. Too far ages to reach this place.

On arrival, did not get the beds we had ordered in one of the rooms, (2 adults in a twin) the second bed was a child's bed. Informed hotel and they could not do anything until the next day. We were there for 4 nights. Was eventually sorted out and all ok

Great value lovely room
The room was excellent and the hotel was tidy and clean, we were treated very well by the staff and they were helpful. We were attending a dog show and thought it was really good that the charge for dogs was only €5 per dog per night which was a bargain. I would 100% use them again.

What I'd expect from ibis in France
Comfortable, clean, good value hotel with good rooms. Breakfast (9.95€) was ok, better if you get up early. Local area not so great, there are metal re-cycling companied nearby.

Hotel good value for money but not in a nice area.
Went to Paris on a tour of Europe. The ibis chain is fairly standard the word over and this hotel is just like any other ibis, clean tidy and a reasonable standard of room for the money. The area around doing the hotel is not nice with a view of a scrap yard from the window in our room. The Le Bourget area is not nice to walk around at night and the walk to the local railway station is best done at a brisk pace.

Definitely it looked like a good bargain and price difference with next available hotel was a lot ( ibis was cheap) but after visiting the hotel, we were little dissapointed. Room had a strong smell of cigarettes. Breakfast was pathetic. By 9:15 ( breakfast was allowed till 10:00) almost everything was finished and they did not look happy with the idea of refilling it. Hotel staff was very cooperative.

We Booked this hotel in advance for an important ceremony to attend in the neighbour hood believing it would be an ideal location. However when we checked in we were told the room is not ready. The time was past 2in the afternoon. We were delayed by more than 20 minutes to get the room ready. Having checked in to the room found the carpet filthy and room was smelling of odour. The staff were not helpful and when we asked for room service in the morning, we were told to come down to the restaurant. We couldn't await to checkout as this was a terrific experience for us. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any one.

günstiges Hotel in der Nähe von Paris
Das ibis Le Bourget war für uns eine preisgünstige Möglichkeit in Paris zu übernachten, incl. Parkplatz für unser Auto. Die RER B brachte uns schnell ins Stadtzentrum. An den Tagen unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr ruhig. Service und Frühstück waren völlig in Ordnung. Die Umgebung bildet jedoch einen Kontrast zu den touristischen Highlights in Paris.
