The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and quick. This is located in a safe neighborhood and very close to the metro. If you pay a extra, you can get a simple breakfast. Overall experience was great and the room was in good condition and clean.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Cons: Very small room. Had works going on my floor in all the other rooms too much noise. No refrigerators or anything even when I asked for ice for two days didn’t seem to have it. Had do not disturb sign on the cleaner still had entered and cleaned.

Convenient
Expected Paris rooms to be small as per reviews but surprised by how small they really are:) Friendly staffs, 24 hr reception, 5 mins walk to metro, near MCDonald's, KFC, Italie Deux Mall, Pharmacy, grocery stores. Cheap as compared to others. Had a comfortable stay. Safe area.

Typical Ibis, good location!
Typical Ibis standard, no luxury but good good price. Room and bathroom were very small. Good location close to amenities and metro, I even walked to Notre Dame but it’s a walk. Friendly staff.

Great place to stay in Paris (district 13) for few nights and during a day just shopping and sightseeing.. the room is nice reasonable size. Clean and comfortable. And finally, the staffs are so nice and very helpful (Sara and her team). Will be back again for sure!

Overall service was ok, but the BATHROOM had a horrible smell!! It wasn’t dirty, we couldn’t figure out why it stinked!

Worst property with ultra small rooms, bathrooms
Worst property with ultra small rooms, bathrooms and beds. It is the worst property that I have ever seen. They do not put on the air conditioners even if it is warm. Rooms are suffocating and ceiling is close to 6.5 feet.

Only stay here as a last resort!
The toilets for the double rooms are too small for anyone above 3feet tall to use. When I asked to change rooms I was told that all the rooms are the same so there's nothing they can do

Accessible and affordable
I don't have much complaints. The rooms are pretty small, I had trouble going around the bed without rubbing the wall. My main issue was the day we were checking out, we wanted to sleep in because we had a long flight ahead. We put the do not disturb sign and the cleaning ladies knocked at our door TWICE waking us up. We didn't pass check out time so it was quite frustrating. Otherwise, some of the hotel staff was lovely but most were average in their customer service, barely smiling and being welcoming. I would go back simply because it is affordable and well located where most attractions are within 30 mins of public transit.

Not what was expected .. would not recommend
Booked a double room.. The room was too small for a double room, it's not what's is shown in the pictures.. no space to move around. Only one towel was provided.. For a double room there should be more than one as its more than one person staying. We had to request for extra towels and we're told it's the hotels policy to provide only one towel.. This was my first time to hear this from any hotel. Cleanliness. . We found a condom wrapper under the bed.. This was unacep table. . Considering the claim to clean the rooms daily.. made us doubt the hygiene of the place. All hotels I've stayed in they have provided complimentary tea and coffee.. This one had none.. no kettle no tea and no coffee.. no water.. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.. I've stayed at ibis in Glasgow and it was mch better but this one was not what we expected for a big hotel like this..

Anyway in Ibis Tolbiac all the 60 rooms have different size. Also in our hotel we have different type of room, large or single bed, but you can ask directly at the reception for a bigger one. The hoteĺ was very basic bedroom tiny but comfortable.No tea coffee making facility's in the room and (as i was on 7th floor couldn't be bothered going up and down for a cuppa!!)disappointed with the selection of TV channels great if your French or Spanish but only 2 English channels BBC world news and cnn.Free wifi through out the hotel was a bonus.

We booked it for 4 when we got there they said they only had rooms for 2 and we had to split up. Even when I said sorry we can't do that we have kids they said there are no refunds. Even though the orbitz website said we would all be together.
