The staff gave us a disabled room where none of us had disabilities. The concierge also did not say anything when we checked in regarding that it is a disabled room. When we requested to changed rooms, the staff refused to change it for us. However, in the end, we reached to a conclusion with the front desk to give us full refund if we checked out the day off. The front desk told us they cannot issue the refund since we booked through expedia. Mind, this is almost midnight, and two girls had to drag huge suitcases across Paris to find another hotel. Later when I called expedia, they informed me that the hotel is refusing to issue us the refund.
