Excellent property! The person who checked us in was exceptional, and she accommodated us in every way possible. The hotel is beautiful and all of the staff, including the restaurant and room service are amazing. When in Paris, I will definitely go back.

I was given a room on the first floor you take 2 separate lifts to reach 1st floor. The only lift that takes you to the first floor was broken having to take the stairs with lots of belongings. Our room counter tops were not wiped down sticky glass rim prints all over the counters. Room floors need to be cleaned better my socks picked up an overwhelming amount t of dog hair and human hair. For a pricey hotel basic cleanliness should be thorough.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We loved how comfortable our bed was!! The room was clean and the bedding was super clean with sheets changed daily. Every time we entered the room after a long day, it smelled fresh. They left some goodies on the coffee table in our room daily which was nice. The only thing I wish was different was the breakfast. I wish there were better variety of food that is more French or European than American. Also at night the restaurant has some happy hour going on with loud music but as a family we don’t go there anyways so it doesn’t bother us and we can’t hear on our floor. It’s probably good revenue for the hotel with locals who come! We didn’t use the spa but took a tour of it on our first day and it looked amazing! The location of this hotel was just the most perfect. It is close to Place Vendome area and the Galleries Lafayette.

The staff at Kimpton St Honoré were amazing from the check-in through every interaction! We were there to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and they gave us champagne and treats to celebrate. The bathroom with the rain shower was so high end and the slippers and bathrobes were plush and comfy! The food from the restaurant for room service was top notch and the hotel was in a perfect area to get around by walking by car or by foot! Definitely would return to Kimpton St Honore if we can make it to Paris for another fantastic trip sometime in the future!

The hotel’s location was the highlight for us, it was in a nice neighborhood and everything was close to it. The majority of the staff were nice.

The staff gave us a disabled room where none of us had disabilities. The concierge also did not say anything when we checked in regarding that it is a disabled room. When we requested to changed rooms, the staff refused to change it for us. However, in the end, we reached to a conclusion with the front desk to give us full refund if we checked out the day off. The front desk told us they cannot issue the refund since we booked through expedia. Mind, this is almost midnight, and two girls had to drag huge suitcases across Paris to find another hotel. Later when I called expedia, they informed me that the hotel is refusing to issue us the refund.

Great hotel . Excellent location. Very beautiful building and staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Nice relaxing bar. Rooftop bar had beautiful views. Only problem was the drink minimum cost. I would of had to drink 3 cocktails !!

Great location and the staff was so helpful in giving directions and getting us whatever we needed. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the rooftop bar has the best 360 degree view of Paris. I would definitely stay here again. Unbelievably perfect in every way.

This is truly a 5 star hotel. Our suite was always cleaned. We had everything in our room. The staff was outstanding. From the front desk, concierge, all of the staff at the restaurant, bell persons, etc. They were outstanding in their service.

I received multiple bites on my arms that were out on top of the covers at night presenting as bed bugs. I wore long sleeves out during the day so it was not something else. The hotel was not concerned about my bites when I told them they possibly have bed bugs.

Excellent location right near Opera. The size of twin premium was good and the balcony was lovely. But most of all, we cannot say enough about the staff. Excellent service throughout our stay, in all areas of the hotel.

I love the convenience of the property. It central to all of the retail shopping stores. However I do wish the kitchen stayed open late for room service. Most times we had to order out late at night bc the kitchen was closed.

Poor service, far from 5-star
First, the housekeeping was very poor. The bottled water/tea were not refilled daily (we have to call and ask for refill). The most ridiculous part is that we found out a cracked glass inside the room after housekeeping and called the reception about it, the staff told us that is impossible (the reason I called is to make sure that they don’t charge us on that cracked glass as we are not the one cracked it). Second, the front desk staff was not very helpful, we tried to ask them to find a taxi for us and the staff basically not willing to help and just told us that it is normal that we can’t get a taxi in Paris. Conclusion: this hotel definitely is not worth this price and definitely not a 5 stars hotel. If you are just looking for a hotel with good modern interior, then it is okay but do not expect that they will provide you with 4-5 stars hotel services. I think IHG group will need to re-train or change all the staffs at there if they want this hotel successful.
