Not a great area (wouldn't recommend if you want to be really near nice bars and restaurants) but hotel was metres from both a Metro and tram stop and was ideal for a spacious (303 - biggest room on the 3rd floor) room for a few days. We were right next to the lift and didn't even hear it until the 3rd day. Air conditioning was questionable but could have the window open and the street noise was barely audible

Quick over night in Paris
The hotel was nicely located right outside of the metro station. The staff was nice and condition of the hotel was good. However, there was a slight smell next to the bed and stains on the sofa. Overall would recommend.

Close to transit The room has a tiny window looking over a small courtyard, I guess too small couldn't figure out what it is. When I came back after checking in the room smelled like there was a sewer backup not a strong smell but not pleasant

Great Stay - Definitely recommended!
We had a great stay at Kyriad, with two separate rooms which both met our expectations. We really enjoyed the breakfast with a good price and variety of options. Had no issues whatsoever, can only thank the staff for their kind and considerate service.

The location of the hotel wasn’t good because u feel unsafe a little bit But it’s so closed to metro Bathroom sink was broken And the breakfast is good but was too limited

The room was very quiet, but needs some maintenance, 2 walls holes that never repaired, the small sofa cover was full of stains and some light problems. Was very close to the metro station, the neighborhood is not so good.

Good value for money choice for stay in paris
We were unsure about the hotel & area before arriving as some of the recent reviews were quite critical of both. It was just me & my 14yr old son and we found the hotel exceeded our expectations and perfect location for metro. The area is not plush but we felt safe and had no issues walking at night. Staff at hotel friendly & helpful and hotel pretty quiet at night

Perfect stay
I read a few reviews after booking that made me slightly nervous about our stay, but I have to say for the price, the stay was excellent. Front of house was very friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable - we only had a one night stay, but room was more than adequate. Location for us was fine - we like to walk everywhere - so it's about a 50 min walk to Notre Dame (fine for us) and even quicker on the metro which is minutes from the hotel. It's also very close to the flea market which was great.

No AC
I would like a refund. I specifically booked this hotel because it said it had AC, which I must have for health reasons. However, when I inquired as to why the AC did not work, I was told it was because the AC is only turned on at the end of June until August. My trip, still going on, is from May 30th until tomorrow - it was almost 90 degrees every day! It is too hot to sleep!

Good travel links as the metro is under a minute away which Ian white useful, however, trains stop running around 10pm. Few fast food places around and a couple bars. The hotel was good and clean, however, the lock in our room for the toilet was jammed and faulty so we couldn’t lock it. When we told the receptionist she said a technician would come the following day and when he did, he said he couldn’t fix it which was a bit annoying. Receptionist woman was really friendly and nice though.

Overall our stay was pleasantl. The area was not good but I knew that before I booked as I read the reviews. We got accused of stealing a French girl’s luggage the first half an hour we had arrived and the hotel wasn’t helpful when I asked about the CCTV to prove we did nothing wrong but that was clearly a dodgey Uber driver and not the hotels concern. Luckily, nothing else came of that issue. Breakfast was expensive so didn’t go for it, curtians wouldn’t shut fully but it was resolved the morning after we reported it, safe wouldn’t open but again was resolved the morning after. Bathroom door was weird and didn’t lock at all but we are a couple so didn’t really care about that. The staff had really good English and were most helpful with everything. As I said before the area was a nightmare and I didn’t feel safe walking around but luckily the metro is literally a 10 second walk and is so easy to follow and get you anywhere you want to go. We used the metro for everything and it was so cheap! I do recommend staying here, the deal that I got was really good.

Not at all what was described when booking. Room was clean and small no amenities,(refrigerator, water, US plugs, etc.). When checking in, front desk stated the fee we were paying was for all 3 nights but was per night. Hotel in a questionable area. Full amenities in a better area for an additional $40 to $60. No restaurant in hotel. Similar to a hostil and paying additional for a private bath. Would not recommend hotel for the nightly rate. If rate was reduced to equal the quality, would be ok to book.

We are a bit surprised to read about the additional price for a private bath because we are a 3 star hotel and all our rooms have their own bathroom and everything is included. The price you paid is similar than the one you had when you made your booking. You only have the local city taxe as an additional charge (1€65 by person and by night) which is a rule in all hotels in France). We hope to see you again during your next trip in Paris.

This hotel is an excellent value. It's clean. The rooms have a lot of storage, and the breakfast is very good.

Lovely long weekend away
Had a lovely time. Easy commute with metro which was 30 seconds away. air con wasn’t on as doesn’t come on till May and it was 27/28 degrees when we stayed so could of done with it! English guy from Brixton who worked there was really helpful and friendly. Would visit again reasonable price and nice room. Few touch ups maybe but it was nice

Shocking experience
We had booked in for 3 nights. Upon arrival the taxi driver said it was a very dangerous area. The room smelt of damp and the beds were uncomfortable - the tea in the room was offered with a paper cup? The rooms were tiny and could not accommodate our suitcases. The following morning we approached reception and advised them that we would be cancelling the rest of our stay as the room was unacceptable only to be told that we could not receive a refund as we had paid online. For a chain of hotels this is shocking and I strongly recommend that you avoid any Kyriad Hotel.

I loved the place, the people are nice and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean, good internet, nice assorted bfast... very nice location with the underground just a few metres away from where to7 can go anywhere around the city.

The reception service from David was awesome !
David at the reception really impressed us with his kindness, professional behaviour, and and excellent service. He always went above and beyond in providing information and support, and never seemed rushed even though I understand he had lots of work to do. The room was cleaner than 5 star hotels I have been to. The location is not the quietest, but the room was on the quiet side, and we had a wonderful and pleasant stay there. Absolutely will use this hotel again.
