L'Authentique - Paris

Welcome to our charming and unique home located in the heart of Paris's 15th arrondissement. This attic apartment offers a warm, comfortable space that sleeps up to three people, featuring two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Bed linen and towels are provided to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The living room is a peaceful haven, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing in the capital. Exposed beams add an authentic touch to the décor, while large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will find a comfortable sofa here, ideal for relaxing while watching the flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. A dining table is also provided, allowing you to enjoy meals together in a convivial setting.

The bathroom features a bathtub where you can enjoy some well-deserved relaxation. A hairdryer is also provided to help lighten your luggage. Please note, however, that the ceiling is low due to the apartment's location under the eaves (height ranges from 1.6m to 1.8m in certain areas, so it may be inconvenient for tall guests).

To ensure a pleasant stay, the living room is equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool on hot summer days. Fans are provided in the bedrooms to ensure peaceful, comfortable nights.

Close proximity to the La Motte Picquet metro station (lines 6 and 8) means you can easily get around the city. Paris is yours to explore, with its many emblematic sites and neighborhoods to discover.

ATTENTION: You have to bend down to enter the bathroom, and the ceiling inside is quite low, so if you're over 1.80 m tall, it's not practical.

For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
