You will also have a laundry room and a garden shared with the 2 other houses of the residence.

The house is located 10 minutes' walk from the Mairie de Montreuil, in a pavilion street, 20 minutes by transport from the center of Paris, 25 minutes from the Parc Expo de Villepinte. You will be close to all amenities: convenience store, bakery, post office, restaurants...

Located on the first floor, the single-story apartment is composed as follows

- A large living room with a double sofa bed, a flat screen TV, a table that can accommodate up to 6 guests.
