The most friendly staff in the world. I was uneasy with my French at first but the guy encouraged me to use it and im more comfortable for it. If im ever back in Paris, this is where ill go!

The staff was welcoming, informative, and professional. The place was charming, cozy, and well-situated for metro access and for touring Monmartre and viewing the Basilique du Sacre Couer. The place overall had a positive, feel-good energy.

I had a great time there and because it’s a hostel I met two great people there. My room was gorgeous with two French windows and a claw foot bathtub in my bedroom YAY!

Very well located, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only bad thing, was that the elevator was not working properly when I first arrived, and so I had to carry a big piece of luggage for four floors, which are pretty narrow, so it was not particularly easy. Hopefully they can fix that soon.

I stayed in few other hostels before I arrived to Le Village and Le Village is definitely the place to be in Paris. The location is excellent, right next to Montmartre cathedral. I booked for two nights but ended up extending my stay for few more nights! The guys can communicate perfectly in English, Spanish and of course French. Also, there is a kitchen that can be used by the guests, a rare facility to find in a hostel in Paris. Thank you Eloise, Juan & Austin! You guys are the life of Le Village Montmartre. And of course a special thank you to Alex, he’s the tres happy kid of the hostel, always smiling and making others smile. Merci a tous pour votre hospitalite.

Very helpful staff
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were fairly clean but there was a bit of black mould in the shower. Breakfast was included for me but is not worth 9 euros if paying separately. It is a great location, a 15min walk to the Eurostar.

One night stay but I wanted to stay longer
I only stayed for one night but it was a great little stay. The location is amazing and thank you so much to Valentin for answering my many questions! Your recommendations were perfect. I would stay here again if I needed somewhere to use as a base as a solo traveler or in a group wanting a cheap option, as it is basic but everything you need.

I checked in around 10pm, The location is close to the metro station which is really good. The room is clean and the environs too. come with your towel if you can because I had to pay to get one, Overall it was a nice stay. I recommend..

great place, great price
We spend a week in a private room and was perfect! We made 3 reservations bc we weren’t sure how long we will stay and kept extending it. The front desk staff were super nice and made sure we were in the same room the whole time. Very centrally located, literally a 4 minute walk to the train and to restaurants and cafes. Great price as well ! Will come back when we are back in Paris.

I don’t have too much to complain about. The location was great. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. The people we met there were friendly. Easy walk to two metro stations. Took me like 30 minutes to get to every location from the hostel. Plus there is a lot of food and drinks, and Amelie stuff within walking distance.

The Hostel was just okay. Most of the staff were quite knowledgeable about getting around using Metro. I fud get some incorrect information from one staff in particular. The photo of the Hostel are accurate except they looked photoshopped to appear a lot more modern and brighter than it actually was.
