  • Beautiful brand new apartment 400 metres from the Mairie de Lilas metro station, you will arrive in 15 minutes in the centre of Paris with line 11.
    It consists of a beautiful living room of 29 m² with a balcony of 4m² and fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, fridge, freezer), a beautiful bedroom with a large dressing room and a shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry area.
    In the bedroom there is a 2-seater bed 140x190 cm, which is the standard here in France, so if you are used to a Queen size or King size bed, take this into account.
    A baby cot is available at no extra charge (linen is not provided).

    The parking space is located in the inner courtyard of the residence, secured by a gate.
    It is a space suitable for a medium-sized car (maximum length 4.5 metres).
