Great, charming little hotel for our weeklong stay
We stayed in Paris for a week to attend a friend's wedding. We really loved Lux Hotel - it was small and charming, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect for what we needed - a place to crash at night. Nearly all the concierge staff spoke English and were helpful with recommendations and directions. The street the hotel is located on is rather quiet and safe, and the hotel itself is a 5-7 minute walk from a major metro stop, Nation, which has access to several different metro lines. Super easy to get around from the hotel and some decent little restaurants near by, too! Would absolutely stay here again should we find ourselves in Paris.

Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioner working well. They let us store our suitcases at the hotel before checking-in and there were 5 of us! The metro stop is right around the corner. Safe walkable neighborhood. 35 minutes from Orly airport. We only stayed for one night but I would recommend.

In general the hotel was clean and the front desk help was courteous. That said, the room size was very small as was the elevator. The WI-FI was terrible !!! I would not stay here again. The location was good, close to restaurants, bakeries, and metro stations. There are several alternatives hotels available in the same location that I would investigate if I were to consider a return to the area.

Although there were some mechanical issues with the elevator and slow sync, the experience was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very good room for three people.

It was our first trip to paris. We found the hotel to be good value, in an area of lovely tree lined roads. A selection of cafe's and bars with a couple of small supermarkets - one organic. Easy 5 minute walk to Nation, the nearest metro and from there a ten minute journey i to the centre of paris - really good location. The stafe were helpful and the room - although very small, was clean a pleasantly decorated - the building was very French which for us was important. Altogether a very positive experience and we would choose this hotel again.

The location was near the metro as well as a good area to find food. the staff was always friendly and helpful. the room itself was very tiny. It was difficult to shut the bathroom door while inside, for example, small. But we were there to see the city not sit in a hotel room, so it fit our needs!

This is a very lovely boutique type hotel with excellent staff and comfortable beds. The hotel is clean and they do everything to make your stay enjoyable. There are good restaurants nearby for dinner and a wonderful boulangerie just a few doors down. The train is a very short walk. We were very pleased with our stay here. I must mention how wonderful the front desk was!! Especially Tanya! Great stay!

Nostalgia building and interior. Reasonable pricing with a tiny room, good enough for 2 adults, 2 big lugguages and 2 cabin sizes. Staff is helpful and friendly. Decent estate to stay with nice food and supermarket. Convenient with subway and bus. Walkable city! Not recommended for summer stay. No a/c and you will feel killed.

We were very warmly greeted by the hotel staff basically anywhere inside the hotel! They were courteous and were ready to go above and beyond. Simple, delicious breakfast offering was great. The room was quite spacious (by Paris standards) and we could move around without bumping into luggage. Thoughtful touches, welcome gift, coffee-tea maker were wonderful. The sound proofing is not the greatest but nothing that was too disruptive. Would highly recommend, and definitely would stay again. Plus, easy approach by transit and close to a lot of nice local Patissiers and restaurants, 24h grocery store.

Todo maravilloso, su personal es muy cálido y amable, bellas personas, la estancia muy agusto, el lugar encantador y cómodo. Solo que quien limpiaba nuestra habitación no barría debajo de las camas había basura y polvo, no sacudía las camas ni estuvo al pendiente de las amenidades del baño.

Hôtel très bien situé par les transports en communs ou à pieds à 30 min de la Gare de Lyon par exemple. L’accueil est à souligner dans une écoute personnalisée. Je le recommande pour un séjour bref ou long seul ou accompagné.

Très bon accueil des différents interlocuteurs rencontrés . J’y ai passé 4 nuits et la literie est de bonne qualité. En effet l’insonorisation n’est pas optimale mais souvent lié à des comportements humains peu propices à la vie en Société surtout à 3 h du matin. Mais une seule fois sur mon séjour . Chambre propre. Parquet dans la chambre. Petite attention lors de la St Valentin avec une jolie rose odorante offerte. Merci

Je connais cet hôtel, plusieurs fois la même chambre 211, lors de mon dernier passage nuit infernale, bruits, cris et autres, bains toutes les heures avec nuisances comme si ces gens étaient dans ma chambre ! Inouïe inacceptable ! Le veilleur de nuit n’a pas réglé le problème !

Personnel très aimable et attentionné. Points négatifs : chambre et sdb toutes petites, il faut presque enjamber les toilettes pour aller dans la douche. Murs " en papier", et travaux à tous les etages. A 150 € la nuit, mauvais rapport qualité-prix.
