Very good apartment for exploring Paris.
A very good cost-effective location for exploring Paris with lots of local food and restaurant options, with a well equipped grocery store, with reasonably priced items, on the same block as the apartment., and our host, Olivier, was very helpful. Also, the washer and dryer made it possible for us to pack lighter for the trip. Traffic is a little complicated, especially in regard to taxi pickups because of current road work, but that should be resolved soon. We just had a taxi pick us up a very short walk away at Chez Gaston. And BTW, the G7 on call taxi service works very well--quite similar to Uber, but the taxi rates are regulated and they can use the bus/taxi lanes.

Had a lovely stay in this apartment - very clean, tidy & had everything we needed for our 5day stay. Cafes, bars, restaurants, bakeries, metro lines etc all on doorstep. Olivier was a great host. Thank you.

Great location, well appointed unit - esp appreciated large windows, central air and washer dryer. Only suggestion would be to replace towels with higher quality and larger bath towels

Nice apartment
It was a comfortable apartment. First day in Paris was 91 degrees and it felt good having an air conditioner. Washer and dryer worked well. A lttle tricky turning on stove but it was fine. Wi fi signal was good. Neighborhood was ok and accessible to train. Getting to the Louvre was only 20 minutes by metro. I recommend the place.

Lovely Summer Stay!
My husband and I had a terrific stay in Paris at this apartment. We stayed for about 5 days and loved the easy access to public transport, bakeries, shops, and restaurants all within under 10 mins walk! The place is small, but what isn’t in Paris? It was very efficiently laid out, though, and we were able to use the kitchen and laundry machines easily. Because it’s in a residential area, it was super quiet at night, and the air conditioner saved us when it got hot outside. Communication with the host was super easy, we would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, airy, well-located spot. Two Metro stops, stores and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Washer and dryer were a huge bonus and the owner was more than helpful when we left an item behind! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect space and ideal location
Every part of this property was excellent. Pre-arrival and check in were managed smoothly and kindly by Olivier. He was present when we arrived and gave us the tour. The space is efficient and modern, making use of every square inch. We were able to unpack and store our suitcases in the ample closet. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the washer and dryer more than I thought I would. The view from the windows is into the courtyards between the buildings, so there is excellent light, a sense of privacy, and zero street noise. The location is ideal, especially for food-oriented visitors with four amazing new wave boulangeries/patisseries within a block. Great coffee too. Two metro lines are within a short walk and it is a 15 minute walk into the Marais. We walked so much as a result. We found great restaurants in the neighborhood too. The 11th is where it’s at! I was on this trip with my son, but want to book the same space with my wife.

Great little flat in the heart of Oberkampf
We really liked the area. The flat is located close to great restaurants, pastries, and cafes. This was a perfect launch point for our many adventures in Paris. Conveniently located close to the metro station as well.

I loved staying here. I was in Paris for a week. It was super close to multiple metro stops as well as many restaurants/bars/boulangeries. The property manager made sure I knew who to contact and how to get there. It was a very safe neighborhood and amazing, cute little apartment.

Well appointed clean appt. on the 2nd floor. The only problem we had was that the elevator was out of service for the last 3 days of our stay. Fortunately, a friend of the owner helped carry down our luggage.

Great location in a lively neighborhood
The apartment is small, as expected in Paris, but tastefully decorated and with careful attention to making the most of the space. The kitchen area--one counter--was really well equipped; bathroom modern and bright, and while the view isn't interesting it isn't bad, the windows open, and being on the courtyard it is, for the most part, quiet. The location is really excellent for exploring the Oberkampf area and the hosts provided helpful suggestions for cafes, restaurants and bakeries.

We had a wonderful experience with our host, Olivier, and the Rental during our stay in Paris. He was communicative before and during the trip. The Rental unit was very clean, great location, and had the all amenities that we needed. We will certainly look to book again on our next trip to Paris and highly recommend!

Fun neighborhood
We loved the location. Restaurants, cafes and the outdoor market. The apartment was a quiet, clean with air conditioning. At night we slept great no noise in bldg. We are on a 3 month vacation and the apt was a little to small for us. The kitchen is small to really cook a meal. The host Oliver is wonderful he gave as a lot of recommendations and is easy to reach. Oliver nailed on his comments The towels and sheets could use an upgrade. The washer and dryer was a big plus for us. We highly recommend his place. Great location to explore Paris!!! Thank you for beings such a great host.

Lovely time in Paris
My husband and I visited Paris for 9 days and stayed at this perfectly located studio. Since it was just the two of us the size was not an issue. As our visit was during the later part of June, coming back to air conditioning after a long day of sight seeing, it felt wonderful. The place is close to metro stops, amazing patisseries, and wonderful cafes/places to eat.

Renting from start to finish was very easy. Olivier was great to communicate with. Check in was nice and we met with Salvador’s who helped get us into the apartment and answer any questions we had. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants, shops and metro stations. We would love to stay again next time we come to Paris!

Perfect for One!
I travelled to Paris for 2 weeks to sharpen my language skills (it was marginally successful, lol). This rental was perfect for a solo traveler: safe location, secure building, and clean bright room. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which was must for me as I was determined to pack everything in a carry-on. Great restaurants nearby, farmers markets and grocery stores- but still a neighborhood feel. If you want to live like the locals this is the place for you! I will definitely book again the next time I’m in Paris.

I have satyed 6 nights! Good neighborhood, good access to the station, store, restaurants. Room was very clean too. We had a problem with 'Home away' system and they managed issue with it very quickly. Over all it was 100% worthy.

Nice apartment, Great location
Overall, the Oberkampf listing was a nice place to visit. The location is awesome, it was clean and all of the check in process was very smooth. For people that require privacy between the bathroom and bedroom, please note the wall does not extend to the ceiling. For us this was an issue. Overall though we were pleased with our stay.
