Located right in the heart of the historic Marais district, this charming and fully equipped 500 sqf apartment (47m2) comfortably sleeps 2 people.
This apartment is located on the 2nd French floor (3rd US) of a 19th century walk-up building.
The separate and private bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen size bed. The bedroom faces greenery once the windows are open onto a quiet courtyard.
The sofa bed in the living room comfortably sleeps one adult and the windows face the street.
The location is absolutely amazing, right in the heart of the LGBTQ neighborhood with restaurants and bars only steps away. Yet the apartment is extremely quiet.
The "Rue des Rosiers" Jewish district is only one block away.
The apartment is equipped with a washer-dryer, cable TV and High Speed Internet.
The toilets are separate from the ensuite bathroom.

Situé dans le cœur du quartier du Marais (4e arrondissement), tout près de l’hotel de Ville de Paris, ce charmant charmant appartement de 47 m2, joliment décoré de meubles contemporains comporte tout le confort possible. La cuisine est entièrement équipée.
La literie, le linge de maison, les ustensiles de cuisine et de repas, un sèche-cheveux sont fournis.

L’appartement est situe au 2eme étage. Sans ascenseur. Expo Sud et ouverture côté cour.
L’immeuble est du XVIIIe siècle. L’appartement est typique du Marais, avec des poutres apparentes et parquet en bois ancien.
Les toilettes et la salle de bain sont séparées - TV Free et Internet chaînes internationales. Connection à Internet Haut Debit.

Le supermarché le plus proche est le Franprix situe dans la rue adjacente. Il y a une très bonne boulangerie qui vend par ailleurs des glaces étonnantes ainsi que la célèbre pâtisserie Michalak juste en bas de la maison. Beaucoup d’excellents restaurants sur la Place du bourg Tibourg en face de l’appartement également.

Et surtout tout le quartier du Marais avec le musée Picasso, le musée Carnavalet la place des Vosges, le quartier juif, Beaubourg....
