Terrible experience I have never encountered for more than 100 trips all over the world, not even in 3rd world countries, but experienced it at Paris, what a nightmare! The housekeeping staff throw away our entry tickets, receipts and cleansing gel (I put neatly on desk and we were staying 3 nights, they throw away at the 2nd day). By the time I come back to hotel, it was 3am in the midnight after the moulin rouge show, my cleansing gel is missing and the front dest staff never tried to provide any thing for me to remove make up, but ask us to buy somewhere outside, but there are no shops nearby selling such things at 3am!!! Honestly I have tried numerous hotels, hostels and airbnbs around the world, from signature local home, shared dorm, tents glamping, to world famous brands such as four seasons, peninsula, oriental and hyatt, and of coz mid price hotels such as holiday inn and ibis, non were delivering this type of services. This experience made me feel unsafe at Paris for the rest of our trip.

Good location for most tourists spots. 10 min walk to Sacré-Coeur, 15mins on metro to Eiffel Tower and nitre-dam. Definitely stay hear again.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly and daily. Minutes from Metro line 2. Reasonable restaurant on site. Temp control in the room was a bit challenging but we were comfortable.

Room was small, but clean. We moved the bed so that one side wasn't rammed against the wall and this worked for us. It would have been nice to have had a kettle and some supplies to make drinks when we needed them in the early morning.

Great service but tired decor and noisy lift.
This was an emergency stay due to Eurostar cancelling our train. The place is a little tired and could do with a bit of a refresh. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Kept our cheese in the fridge overnight. Rooms quite basic but ok for the money. One annoying thing is that the lift makes a noise in the room and was quite loud. Went on for most of night so didn’t sleep well. Put me off staying here again.

A good little family trip
Overall a good hotel, good breakfast selection, beds comfy, cleanliness was average and room on the small size but generally as expected. Good location plenty of places to eat nearby and only a short distance from a metro station.

Very budget, older property, smelled of cleaning fluid. Staff was fine. Elevators very slow. Near two metro stops. Bathroom shower didn’t seem clean.

Ideally situated for the Moulin Rouge and Mont Matre. The hotel is clean and rooms are perfect for a long weekend stay, breakfast was well stocked but the bar service on an evening was quite slow.

We always enjoy the view over to the Montmartre hill and Sacré Coeur. Metro and buses so convenient. Flunch almost next door for quick meals.

It was a horrible room more like a prison cell. No amenities at all. no kettle, no fridge, nothing. The room had 1 power outlet hidden somewhere. It was a double bed but hardly suitable for one adult. They gave disabled bathroom, everything was at my waist height. Proper disaster. I don't recommend anyone.

The hotel room and the breakfast were adequate by typical Paris standards. The location was very good and close to several train stations. Also very close to Moulin Rouge and the Wall of Love. Very easy to get around just beware the Paris rush hour when train stations and trains are full of locals going to work. If you start your day later, it’s better.

Great location. Asked for quiet floor and were given the 9 th floor away from elevator facing the cemetery. Great window that opens for fresh air, very comfortable bed, clean, nice shower, heater works great. My son and I had two rooms next to each other, 5 min to Moulin Rouge and to sumway or train, 20 min walk to sacred heart cathedral, near grocery stores, tasty capuchino machine on first floor, great value, you will pay lots more in other hotels that offer things you don't need. Rooms serviced daily w fresh towels, superb staff, gentleman came up at 9 pm to clean soiled toilet...greatly appreciated 😀

Location close to 2 Metro stops. Limited number of nearby restaurants, unless you like McD, KFC and some French equivalents, and some American food restaurants. Very busy tourist hotel. Room had basics and was “cozy”, but only English language TV channel was BBC which had intermittent reception at times. Close to many s3x shops, if that floats your boat

This is slightly one step up from a Motel 6. Clean but falling apart and not AT ALL like the photos. I would never have choosen to stay here. There was puke stains in the hallways and paint falling off the walls. It’s fine if you’re in college.

Good hotel Located in the Montmarte area of Paris. Whilst it’s not visible from a distance once you get your bearings you will be fine. Room/toilet clean and tidy & all lifts work. Only downside was bar was not open on our first night…would highly recommend

They turned the airconditioning off, because they were people complaining because it was too cold. But in reality all rooms comes with ac control and you can turn it off by yourself, so it was just an excuse. not recomended.

Este en buen hotel, muy bien ubicado en el conocido sector de Montmartre. Se puede ir en metro a la mayoría de atracciones de París y cerca de él hay decenas de restaurantes. Las habitaciones son buenas y limpias, y el desayuno es bastante completo. El día en que salimos, eran como las 5 y media de la mañana y un señor muy amable nos permitió tomar café y comer algunos pasteles. Necesité imprimir una hoja e imprimir una huella y me ayudaron. Algunos empleados de la recepción podrían regalar una sonrisa que no cuesta nada.

Its a bit crowded even for two. Had an incident with laundry service, they lost one of my shirts and there was no one taking responsibility. One of the lobby staff did not know what she was doing, she had to ask everything to others... breakfast option is nice though.

It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice. Shower, hot water.. we had everything we need. Karima was helpful and nice to us. I would go again to Ibis.
