Welcome to the magic of Le Chaumier, a 6500m2 estate near Disneyland with an exceptional landscaped park, century-old trees, fountains and ponds, roaming chickens, a swimming pool (available from April to October), a children's play area...

You will have to your exclusive use: a new apartment for 8 people, decorated by an interior designer, fully equipped with a beautiful terrace to spend unforgettable moments!

Ground floor apartment composed of: a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with four single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, dining table with eight chairs, TV, fully equipped kitchen, two shower rooms, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, free parking.

To be shared with the owner and other roommates: landscaped park, pool (from April to October, for private use only for 2 hours per day), pond, playground

The owners live on the estate in a separate building.

Shops on foot, Disney five minutes by car.
