False advertising pictures and description. Had to wait outside in the street for half hour for the staff to open the main one door entrance. Room wasn’t ready staff didn’t even know. Tried to give us alternate room with broken bed and furniture. Sheets were torn really bad shape. Not secured at all. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life of travel. Rip off trap.

Nice stay with friendly staff. Loved sitting in the courtyard each night. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and holds onto your physical room key whenever you leave. We liked not having to worry about the key each time we went out. Tons of transit options just a block away in Place de Nation made it super easy to get around Paris. Would definitely stay at this hotel or in this area again.

Nice, friendly and well-located.
Nice, well-located hotel with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. My room was small - but no smaller than elsewhere in Paris - with good facilities. The interior is a bit dated but it's all clean and comfortable.

Listen, iI ove a little boutique hotel, especially in Paris. What i don't love is waking up with bedbug bites. We thought they were mosquito bites since we had to leave the windows open, but our doctor quickly corrected us. The space is small, but adorable. The staff is friendly, but gave us no information. We didnt even know there was breakfast offered until we snelled it wafting up. The topper was just that: the top floor. A lovely thought in theory, but the practicality of walking up and down four flights of very narrow stairs was not reasonable, at least not for us. I hope they get better because there's potential here ...

Hotel well situated, staff competent but if you have a rooms facing the courtnyard, around midnight someone makes a lot of noise dragging metal furninture and probably garbage as well and it goes on for a little while. Woke us up every time. Otherwise, it's very nice.

Good value and location
A good little traditional hotel with secure parking near by which is not too costly. Good metro links.

Misleading
The hotel had 60 stairs to my room and not even informed us at the time of booking. Staff not helpfull at all.Hotels.com also to be partly deserved to be blame by advertising this hotel and give away misleading information. No value for money at all.

Nice Neighborhood
Nouvel Hôtel Paris was highly recommended to us by a family friend and my expectations were high. It is located less than a block away from the Nation Metro Station in a delightful neighborhood. The hotel's service was inconsistent. Housekeeping was terrific and helpful. However, check-in consisted of giving us a room key and we were not briefed regarding breakfast of check out. I would stay at Nouvel Hôtel Paris again, but be prepared to ask for a manager.

good for short stay
Nice & friendly staff, felt weclome. A lady explained to me patiently how & where I can go the places I need to go. wifi was totally bad in the room 113, but the lady changed another room to me in the next day upon my request. The wifi works petfect. Room is small in twin room I got in the first day, but a liitle more space in the double room in the next day. Good location, supermarket, restaurants, metro nearby. There is a good restaurant, where is opposite to the hotel. The bed & the pillow were good.

Cute place, great location, great find.
I really liked this place and would stay again. A friend of mine who lives in Paris who came to visit me was also very impressed and she took a card so she could share it with future visitors. The location very near to the Nation Metro stop is great. Although it's close to all the Metro lines, it has a very quiet street location. I'm really glad I stayed here.

Lovely hotel, helpful English speaking staff.
I enjoyed my stay, near bus and Metro, some great restaurants nearby. Hotel was very comfortable and quiet.

Convenient and quiet
Very friendly and helpful staff recommended wonderful restaurants. Quiet location but some noise from neighbouring rooms can be heard. Would stay here again. Very happy overall.

Perfectly Quaint Paris Hotel
This picturesque little hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and historical sites. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, the room was cute and very clean. I was offered breakfast which was fresh and tasty with good, hot coffee. Perfect experience all around.

Nice place to lay your head on a small trip
Checked in easily and happily, then went exploring came in around 8pm and rang the bell as advised we'd have to do after 7pm.. Small twin room but comfortable for the night.. No kettle microwave or fridge in the room but we managed. Breakfast was offered to us at 8am when we went to check out.. staff was friendly and polite and wished us well on our trip.

if you're tired of chain hotels and want something with more personality this is a good choice. it's not a great choice if you're on business (spotty wifi in the rooms) but otherwise a great spot to call home while you enjoy Paris. and there's a little garden in the back

Lovely area and hotel
Hotel room was small but had what i needed as a single man travelling. Everything was clean, windows let plenty of air in (and a little noise early in the morning) Price was extremely affordable and i think a good price for fairly central Paris. Night staff english wasn't fantastic, but day staff were great and very welcoming! Would love to stay again!

A quiet oasis

Great hotel with the loveliest staff
Only needed a hotel for one night and booked this hotel on a wim. But possibly one of the best decisions I made on this short trip. When I arrived, the kind lady at the front was already expecting me. She helped me with parking (because despite it saying it has free parking, it doesn't but plenty of places nearby to park). Afterwards she gave us our keys and the staff took us to our rooms. The rooms were so cute and very clean. Great view, great rooms, great staff. Despite having the whole day ahead of us, I was excited for bed time already!! The staff take the keys for safe-keeping and understandably, I totally trusted them, but if you are worried, do make sure you make use of the safe facilities. We arrived back very late and there was a kind gentlemen at the front who was there to give us our keys. All the facilities in the rooms were perfect and I slept one of the best nights in ages! The pillows are just so fluffy!! In the morning, breakfast was an extra, but due to shortage of time, we opted in. It was totally worth it, warm pastries, teas and drinks, cereals, so much on offer. Such a pleasant stay!

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo hotel e considerando che è 2 stelle, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Unica “pecca”: non ha l’ascensore. Però noi ad esempio abbiamo lasciato il passeggino vicino alla reception per la notte. Tutto è pulito ed ordinato ed il personale è molto cortese!

Nous avons séjourné dans votre hôtel le week-end du 22 au 23 septembre, au prix de 268,76 € par nuit pour une chambre et nous pensons que ce prix est beaucoup trop élevé par rapport au service de la chambre problème d’eau chaude, porte WC, très difficile à fermer beaucoup de poussière sous le lit, un bouchon de champagne de la poussière également sur le présentoir à vêtements
