The hotel staff was very nice, they were accommodating after a long flight. They were very courteous to the kids, The Hotel has some activities for the kids in the lobby. The Room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was everything you need

This hotel would be my choice over IBIS(located next door). This hotel offers a spacious room and bathroom that is comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast is great. Offers a lot of pre made as well as made to order options that will fill your tummy before a long trip or day in Paris. Book this if the money isn’t an obstacle. Highly recommend

El hotel está muy bien pero le falta ofrecer el traslado gratis a las terminales del aeropuerto Orly que están muy cerca y todos los que se hospedan aquí imagino es por la cercanía con el aeropuerto. Cobran una tarifa bastante alta para no tener esa transportación incluida las 24 horas o unas bebidas de cortesía en la habitación. The hotel needs a free transfer to the Orly airport terminals, which are very close. The hotel is very good but with a fairly high rate to not have transportation included or complimentary drinks In the room .

This hotel was exactly what we needed for a night stay to catch a flight the next day out of Orly. It was clean and conveniently located right next to the airport. You hardly had to leave the airport to get there. The only thing that wasn't great was that there was not much around the area - no restaurants, stores, etc - not totally surprising since this was a "airport hotel". But, if you're looking to explore the area -- there's not much to see. The hotel restaurant is open late so we were able to enjoy a late dinner since our flight came in around 9PM. The staff was very nice! Rooms were clean and the bed was very cozy!

Well there ain't no closer than this, when you have yo take a 6a.m. plane home. It is just across the street from Orly airport. The room was so clean and fancy, never seen in my life, i felt sorry that i only got to spend a few hours there and not more. I will always stay there when i go to paris now. And also getting into the city was a piece of cake, as u take the Orly shuttle (orlyval) to RER and then straight to the city....

The Novatel hotel was an excellent hotel, clean and our room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful and the food in the restaurant was excellent. I was very, very pleased with the Novatel Orly Airport!!

This property was difficult to find for our taxi driver. We were very late getting in and were delighted that we could order room service still as we were quite hungry! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. I would recommend for a stopover.

Amazing Patience
I thought the 2 front desk people that worked there during my stay were absolutely AMAZING. Caring, professional and displayed extreme patience. I watch and listened to one front desk person help this very upset customer through her check-in process, she was incredibly tolerant with her and helped her through the entire process.

If you are flying early out of Orly, it's worth staying here. If not, I would not stay here. There is nothing around and feels unsafe to walk around at night.

The staff at the front desk were amazing and very helpful. The only issue I had was that the servers at the restaurant did not speak very good english. I ordered a hamburger and got a Vietnamese bowl instead. lol

Beware if you drive or just want to unload your luggage prior turning in your rental car, there’s no devoted space for doing so. You may use the taxi/cab lane 150ft away, but there’s no guarantee there’ll be space available, nor that you won’t get a ticket for doing so. Other than that, great location, and above all, awesome staff! Will come back!
