The fire alarm went off at 1am and it was chaotic. No staff on site to direct people to safety or to communicate what was going on or get people out of the building Everyone just gathered in the foyer. When staff did show up to say it’s ok, most of the communication was in French. We caught the gist of it that someone was smoking in the room and that’s why the alarm went off. Only one staff member on site. He was absolutely lovely but would be nice to have more staff available especially in situations like these.

The hotel was quite clean but the room had a weird smell. They did not have milk in the room and barely any coffee or sugar sachets. Staff get funny when you ask for milk and don’t make any effort to bring it to you even though it’s advertised. Doesn’t look like the pictures at all and confused how it’s a Novotel. but it was clean and convenient so overall okay stay.

It was a pleasant experience, clean, very nice staff, good buffet breakfast, free parking. Room was bit small for us with two kids, this room size is ok for couple plus one kid max.
Although late check-im because of the airport hustle, the beds should have been prepared. We have to make the beds ourselves as we didn't have time to complain as we were so exhausted and just wanted to lay down.

Definitely not a 4star. Location is not pleasant as you are surrounded by metal fence with trucks parked all around and refugees begging for money. Hotel needs updating. It’s a 3 star hotel at most.

Room is big. With swimming pool. Parking is free.
Staff is helpful and polite but in is lack of staff working.
Breakfast normal western style nothing different from budget hotel.
Suggestion. breakfast should be like Malaysia Novotel serve international buffet breakfast.

Didn’t find the staff too helpful or friendly. The rooms looked tired in need of an upgrade.The breakfast staff weren’t too helpful. The cleaners were very friendly.
Definitely wasn’t a 4 start.

Everything was great except a staff member letting herself in our room at 9:00 am while we were not dressed. Check out was not until noon.

Please watch your final check out bill and request itemized bill. We were overcharged for one of rooms but on the other room the concierge noted there were to many breakfasts charged to our room!

The lights went off in the middle of the night. Staff was not on hand, the exit doors were half open. Exit gate was closed, which made leaving an ordeal. Did not feel safe so we left at 3 in the morning to a Holiday Inn in Paris.
Very Dissatisfied with the level of service I received at this facility after having to book another hotel after coming in at 1a.m from my flight due to the horrible conditions of the hotel and location!!! No Refund and no one from management to even follow up with Expedia for my refund of a hotel stay I did not use!!! This is unacceptable and will be writing a letter corporate
