Was a beautiful property, but had some problems. The heat in the room didn’t work as well as some lights not working correctly. Overall staff was friendly and helpful, although there were a few who seemed uninterested in being of assistance to English speakers. Had them order a taxi for us to the airport that ran about twenty minutes late and was an expensive private car service. The restaurant was delicious and it’s really the only thing i would recommend.

The hotel had booked weddings 2 of the three nights we were staying and they blasted music till late in the night. We could not sleep. The desk would not do anything about it. Terrible location. It's not near anything enjoyable. Homeless people all around. You have to walk a quarter mile up ramps and stairs just to get a uber. Neat idea but terrible in theory

The hotel is clean and the rooms are quiet. There is something cozy about sleeping to the rocking of the river. Pleasant stay.

Terrible stay. Not recommended.
Great view of Seine river on one side while terrible view on city side. No security at the gate. The code for the gate didn’t work sometimes so some taxi drivers went out of patient and dropped us at the gate (~ 1km from the hotel) at midnight. The service was good because they were willing to look for us when the taxi driver dropped us at the gate. Be prepare to spend extra time and fund for taxi due to gate trouble. Bring nausea medicines. No extra guest is allowed even if you are willing to pay because the room is tiny. You can barely move around. The pool is only nice to look at, not for swimming. In short, it’s a terrible place to stay. Not recommended.

A hidden gem
From the moment we checked in to the moment we left are experience could not have been better. The staff could not do enough for us and the cleanliness was second to none. There was a fantastic atmosphere and the food was excellent.

The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast we decided to include in our stay was a great choice! The coffee bar and the breakfast selection was delicious! The only things that were a con was the view of the homeless we could see through outside our window. The end of our stay the toilet would not flush and the drain in the shower was starting to slow down. The location was relatively close to all the destinations we wanted to experience in France! The staff was very friendly and they made good drinks at the bar! Having the pool by the restaurant was a great way to relax and end our day

This boat hotel on the Seine is very conveniently located next to Gare d'Austerlitz and just a short walk from Gare du Lyon, sobgreat for connections to any part of the city. Restaurant evrlooking the river makes for a very pleasant dining experience. We had a bit of an issue with the safenin the room not working properly but nothkng that spoiled the visit. The young front of house staff and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. There is negligible movement on the hotel from passing boats and this ismkore than made up for by the joy of having breakfast on the river. We are planning a return trip to Paris and unless we get some crazy cheap deal for another hotel we'll be going back to Off Paris Seine.

From beginning it's a hard to find the hotel location but The hotel front desk employee was very kind, so first impression was very nice and very clean the room. I stayed 2 nights 3days and I enjoyed to stay here. Maybe next time, I'll choose this hotel again.

The hotel is nice. The location is good. The idea of staying on a boat is exciting. There was no communication between the night shift and the morning shift and our things were moved without our consent and we lost our toiletries which is very upsetting when you are traveling in a foreign country

It is a great location and it is fun to be on the water but there are a few problems. The service is really bad. The room is dark but at night there are too many lights (exit lights) that can’t be turned off. The bathroom is all together toilet and shower and it is wet all the time. They don’t even give you cups for water. The room is warm and it takes hours to cool it.

Its a unique experience staying here, the funitureand open areas are modern and the views of river Siene are great. It does get loud at night because of the surrounding area but still worth it.

The taxi drivers are not too familiar with this hotel and at night it looks a bit dark and scary but no one bothers you. We walked at night from the metro back to hotel and we were fine. Overall but its a great place to stay with great views, good breakfast and calm ambiance.

Loved the experience! Gorgeous views from the windows, especially at night watching the dinner boats go by. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Excellent and friendly service, located very close two train stations and the city velib rental bikes. Will definitely stay here every time in Paris!

A fun location very close to Austerlitz about twenty minutes walk to the Latin quarter and notre dame. Unfortunately the pool was not in use and having work done. Rooms are small but adequate and the cocktails are good especially to take outside
