I had a good experience with one receptionist that work at night, I don’t know his name he’s bald with glasses. And with the three ladies that work at the breakfast. One receptionist in specific was rude, lazy, in a terrible mood. Mocking me when I asked if he speaks English. My room was for three people and every night I had to request one more towel for the third person. The room was smelly when we got there and the bathroom ridiculously small, looks like a fridge. The heater and the ventilation of the bathroom weren’t working properly. There’s no phone in the room to contact reception. There were some guests in 3 rooms next to mine that were chatting in front of my room at night and to complain about it I needed to get out of bed and go down to reach reception. The breakfast was quite simple but coherent with the rate that I paid. There was a vending machine at the hotel but it was broken, I asked for water and the rude receptionist told me to walk to the hotel next door and buy there. I asked 4 times for the hair dryer at the reception but it was never there. I know that it’s a cheap hotel but the whole experience might be better with a nice staff and some basic items such as phone, hair dryer and an available vending machine.

Located at no more than 5 minutes of the Suresnes Longchamp station the hotel is super convenient. Walking down the stairs from the station you will find the L55 restaurant that is an amazing option for having dinner. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is really clean, the rooms are a little small especially the bathroom but is a regular thing in the area,the only downsides is that there are some basic amenities missing like a hand soap and is quite difficult to have constant hot water in the shower

If you like to explore the city by walking then don’t bother looking at this hostel, everything is way too far. Also rooms smells like dogs and strong smell of uncleanliness of the floor. Bathrooms tiny and no space even to use any of the facilities properly. No kettle, no fridge, no safe, no glasses.

Although I would consider this a budget hotel, the facilities where OK! The downside to the property was the size of the Standard Rooms, especially for couples. Very small rooms, and the bathrooms very very small. Overall, the friendliness of the staff was very good. For a single night stay it's adequate for the price For longer stays I would consider alternative options. The area overall is clean & safe, but can be quite noisy from trafgic.

This was the worst experience in Paris, they have bed bugs, the staff did not communicate, they changed my room 3 times - the batteries of the door knob stopped working, the manager never reached out to me about the bed bugs or any part of my stay, I had to go to the counter multiple times to get updates on a new room and when my key didn’t work the receptionist had to walk up with me to find that the batteries for my room door was dead and there was no maintenance on sight…. I am still pending my refund for this entire stay for all of the inconveniences and I had to get my belongings washed and steamed as a result!

Not so good booked 3 rooms with 3 beds in each and ended up with doubles and singles.Not ideal with 9 blokes .Receptionist lady was very helpful and finally sorted it . Rooms are really small even by French standards. Wouldn’t stay again.

Was given the wrong room from what was booked. Booked was a room with 1 double bed and 1 single but we were given a room with 3 single beds and when I went to let reception know she gave me Another room but upon entering was in shambles with the bed and mattress up against the wall. I took a picture and went back down for her to tell me that the room should of been blocked off for no bookings she then proceeded to tell me I’d have to Accept the room with 3 single beds. I told her that the bathroom door didn’t lock either. She gave us a 3rd room. Zero amenities, just a bed, blanket, pillow and towel. No proper shampoo/conditioner, soap, lotion, bathroom Is basically the size of a airplane bathroom. You get what you pay for.

This property was worse for any American specially when it is summer and outside is 90 degree temperature. This hotel has no Air Conditioner or fan . And if the hotel has no Air conditioner or fan during middle of the summer and outside is 90 degrees temperature then you understand what I am trying to say. It is my horrible experience in my life . The room was not clear at all and 4 night I was staying they do not give any towel . In the toilet there is no soap or shampoo. The toilet space is just like airplanes toilet. It is not gonna say hotel . You can call hostel . But this people of the hotel calling this property Hotel so people can book it . I was rented two room almost paid $890 and the staff told me entire hotel has no central AC or Fan during the summer . You have to open the window that is the only option . I’d you buy the water from the vending machine than you realize the water is not cold at all . It was ruin my entire holiday. Worse worse worse . Never going to stay in Paris during summer time . They are very cheap .

No air con or fans available in 32 degree heat in summer. Extremely uncomfortable heat in the room. Overall comfortable beds but woke up with a swollen lip and my partner also has bites, think it could be bed bugs - a common problem in paris. Room 617 had views of the Eiffel Tower though so that’s a bonus

Rooms are too small like hostels. Specifically washroom are tiny, you can't even stand properly. Please don't trust pictures, always check room diameter. Breakfast was okay, english Breakfast. Staff is nice and helful. Paid underground parking and street parking is available.
