Le stanze sono equipaggiate e molto calde. Si trova vicinissimo alla stazione linea C, molto comoda per raggiungere i punti di interesse. Abbiamo avuto solo qualche problema con la lavastoviglie ed il personale non poteva aiutarci (brillantante sale) perció abbiamo lavato tutto a mano

Spacious clean rooms
Good, clean spacious room with almost everything you need. Located in a quite area with the RER train transport nearby. This place would be great with a few more tweaks such as a bigger table and proper cultlery.

It’s a spacious room and located in a safe neighbourhood, room was clean but had some mosquitoes that came in through window. Property is big and staff are friendly. However the desk is not manned 24/7 so lead to some logistical issues

It was a great stay. We arrived way earlier than scheduled and our rooms were ready. The staff understood English and the hotel is by the metro, so it’s very easy to move about.

Near Les Grésillons Station; small but clean rooms
The room was small but clean. Mini kitchenette included. We were a family of four so required 2 rooms. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast provided at an extra $12 Euro ($6 Euro kids); variety continental food choices to choose from. Room wasn’t serviced as they were extremely busy that week and they ran out of tokens to enable us to get our washing done. Minor things but when you spend a week in one place they’re the little things you need to make your stay more comfortable. Location was great with an approx 200m from Les Grésillons Métro making it an easy commute to the city.

Great Hotel
Great new hotel outside Paris. Loved this mini apartment with a kitchenette. It is located just around the corner form public transportation, but, unfortunately, we had an incredible amount of trouble when it came to getting around.....partly because we don't understand French, and also because most people we approached for help don't understand English. We were unaware that the train was not going to run on Saturday and Sunday - almost missed our tour in Paris.....more than once.

I loved this hotel mainly because of the service. Morgan at the front desk helped us with EVERYTHING we needed, from how to use the metro/RER to calling us a cab when we needed it. He was so helpful and kind, which made our stay 100 times better.

Very modern property with stylish look and modern rooms. Can't really fault it to be honest, absolutely value for Mooney and the staff were every friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is no air conditioning with is odd for a new building, however they do offer fans if needed!

I thought this was a lovely property absolutely superb. I loved every minute there. The residential village is very agreeable and aesthetic. I adore the little park with the families and children playing. Having the Gare closeby is very useful and very close to St Ouen and Clichy. It is in the industrial area so there is a lot of development to the area. There could be more in the way of activity and amenities however it’s quietness and retreat from the hustle and bustle of central Paris is an added bonus. Close to the 18th Arrondissement so easy to reach Paris. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The property is lovely well decorated and pristinely kept with modern features all in good taste. My room was my nest and I spend a whole day just inside because I was enjoying it so much. Thank you for the pleasure and experienc. I give a solid 10/10

Good value for money
Very good value for money - directions on google sent us to what I think was an apartment block owned by the same company which was annoying but found the right one in the end (just through the small park). Apartment was nice, shower was good quality and breakfast was pretty average (no hot food).

we understand your comment. But appart'hotels do not function like usual hotels; room cleaning occur once a week and your towels and bed sheets are changed whenever you desire.

Lock your clothes or they WILL BE STOLEN
Having had numerous visits to the old residhome I did have some hopes for this new one in the park. Check-in- overbooked! Booked an apartment and we had to be split between two rooms. We overlooked this and took the two rooms. During our stay the cleaner kept loitering and ignoring the 'do not disturb sign'. On the second day we left some change in the room and came back to find this gone with fresh towels! On the third day my husband asked for toilet roll and the cleaner had this on her trolley but refused to give it and said she would come by again. My husband noticed a bottle of vodka on her trolley! She didn't come again until 5 hours later in the hope that the room wouldn't be occupied! She entered ignoring the 'do not disturb' sign and was shocked to see someone still in the room. On my last day I accidently left my cable, adapter and my jacket. The same cleaner was again loitering outside my room and saw me depart the room. Upon contacting the hotel I was received by a very rude and hostile person! who said she was too busy go and check! After numerous calls I was informed that my items were not in the room and that I must have them! This followed by a string of lies to get me to forget the subject! A colleague also told me that 5 weeks ago a gift of a blow up baby bath was stolen! Again she was also faced with hostility. Following my return home the hotel and the manager have done their very best to ignore all my calls and emails! OVERALL DO NOT STAY HERE NOT WORTH IT

I read that it was a new hotel, just built a few years ago. It does appear to be somewhat new, but not extensively built. There was a small sticky red spot on the floor, but besides that clean. No a/c. Check in staff did not speak English, but worked with us to communicate. Not as close to CDG airport as I was hoping, but did the job for our one night waiting for our flight home out of Paris.

Great but needs at least a fan
Very happy with this place overall, with only one criticism - with no air conditioning or fan in the room and a humid 28 degrees outside, we had to leave the flywireless window open at night, which meant we were feasted upon by mosquitoes. Putting in at least a ceiling fan would make guests much more comfortable in the warmer months. Other than that, this place was clean and modern, close to public transport, supermarket, shops and local park, with friendly staff and well-equipped kitchen in the room.

In appart'hotel, the cleaning is made once a week if the stay is over 6 nights. Otherwise, you could ask for a daily cleaning, wich will be charged.

Lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well fitted out. Staff really helpful. Very close to the RER station into central Paris. Little bakery and supermarket very close by for breakfast and supplies. We were a little disappointed there was no bath as described on website.

The hotel is almost new, very clean and the neighborhood is very nice and safe. There is a bakery and a mini-market 200 meters from the hotel. The RER station is also 200 meters from the hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions. For example to get to Eiffel tower ir takes about 30min. The parking is secure and clean. Definitely we will come back to this hotel.

Residhome is wonderful!
We really enjoyed staying at Residhome! We stayed in a spacious apartment with it's own kitchen. The hotel is energy efficient which was wonderful to experience. There is a train station a block away which is very convenient because you can transfer to the metro to get to Paris. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel. It was a home away from home.

Nice facility In a secure area close to transport.
Very nice hotel for the price. Serene and secure location. Not sure the lodger who complained about security issues was describing same facility. Close to RER C that takes you into Paris with minutes. The room I slept in was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
