Check in is terrible. When I arrived at 10:30 pm. Front desk was closed. No sign at front desk and I was looking for staff. I finally found out check machine near the entrance. It instructs guests to enter reservation number, but I didn’t get any reservation number. After I made reservation on Expedia site, I did not get any email from hotel stall. I put Expedia confirmation No three time but didn’t work as I expected. On the board side of the machine, it says 4 telephone number if problem happens, I tried some calls and the number written in small letter finally went through. The staff appeared in five minutes after the call, though he seemed apparently drunk and didn’t speak English.

Citos in Paris Fall of 2023.
We loved our stay in Paris. Emmanuel at the front desk was very nice. We arrived on a Sunday and we thought front desk was closed. But oh nice surprise, Emmanuel was there, and actually FD is open, so Hotels.com please update the information. The access at transportation was a major plus plus. The apartments are right in front crossing the street. RER B station is right there. This is the train that comes directly from the CDG international airport.It takes less than an hour to get from there.The neighborhood around is OK. There are lot of restaurants, a good bakery in front. Also there is a good super market next to train station. Fortunately, at this time of September the weather was perfect. So, dont need AC. Now if you come in summer you have to think about it. But, i think the majority of 2 or 3 stars of accommodations in France do not have AC. I will strongly recommend these apartments. Hotels.com was an easy way to do the arrangements. Great.

Overall the hotel is ok . It is really close to RER B station , so it easy to commute all around Paris including CDG airport . The only problem is with smelly bathrooms . It seems they have sewage issues . Once we covered the shower and sink outflows with towels we were able to survive the night - otherwise the entire room smelled horribly. If yiu are traveling on a budget and you are planning to be out all day and just crash for the night this place is ok .

Room layout was odd, there were a lot of doors. We cooked once in the little kitchenette and our sink was so clogged it was unusable. We told the front desk and they said it would be fixed and it never was, so that was disappointing. Otherwise, the room was clean despite being very cramped. Appreciate that the Bagneux station is right across the street.

This hotel had a very friendly staff and the kitchen was perfect for us during our stay. However, they do charge an additional city tax which wasn’t mentioned anywhere, they only provide the room with one towel (you’ll have to go ask for another), the fitted bed sheet wasn’t the right size and the bare mattress kept popping out which itself was stained and kind of gross. The location is great though, right next to the grocery store and train station. The tickets to central Paris will cost you about €2.80 per person each way and it takes about 30 minutes.

Pleasant stay
Fantastic location - not far from airport, euro star and city centre. Close to a variety of restaurants and supermarkets. Bed was comfortable but sheets had stains. Unfortunately, despite being there for 10 days, I didn't get a change of sheets or towels. Refrigerator was handy as kept drinks in there. Staff were very cooperative and answered any queries I had. There was no ventilation in the room and if you'd open the window, it was extremely noisy. Finding the balance was rather difficult. All-in-all, worth the budget.

The positives: - Excellent location; across Bagneux station - The hotel & room is exceptionally clean - Receptionists very friendly - Security very good; felt safe at all times - Vending machine in lobby with essentials - Food and drink close by (local shops and McDonald’s) - Easy access to Central Paris The negatives - If you have a room facing the street it’s noisy so ask for one towards the parking side - Despite a non smoking, residents smoke and can smell it in corridors - No air conditioning and no fan - Although easy access to Central Paris, it’s a little far Overall - Exceptionally clean and value for money - Ghadir and Emmanuel at reception very friendly

It's outside of Paris but it's almost across the street from RER B Station that will take you to Paris and all other connection. A lot of restaurants and grocery very close to the place. The studio itself is nice and clean that includes a small kitchen and a very clean bathroom. The staff are very nice. Despite the language barrier they did their best to answer all your questions in English and suggested all the good places to see in Paris and around the area. You get to experience both city and suburban part of the area. If you're trying to save a little cash in your trip to Paris I recommend this place.

We arrived after a long, hot day of travel to discover the rooms had no air conditioning. The front desk clerk explained that a hotels.com rating of 2 stars means it does not have air conditioning. Although we had paid for our room already and could not get a refund, we opted to stay at a different hotel that we could have air conditioning and get some sleep. If you book in the wintertime it would be an acceptable place to stay. The other amenities the hotel offered were nice, it had a microwave, stove and refrigerator.

Convenient and reasonably priced
It was not the hotel's fault that we arrived during a heat-wave! There is no air-conditioning but the windows do open and that helps. The hotel was very convenient for a train station with frequent direct service to the heart of Paris for 2.8 euros.

I found the location to be extremely ideal as it allowed us easy access to the train station. We commuted to and from Paris daily without any issues. Also, conveniently located near supermarkets.

Accessible location, Comfortable stay
Whilst not in the city center, this hotel is very accessible. It is SO close to the metro station that connects to the important parts you’d like to be in in the city. There is also a bus stop right in front if you decide to come home after the metro times. It is so nice how you have your own fully-equipped kitchen in the room. The bed area might be small, but the room does give you all you need :-) We were very pleased with our stay. Although be careful since we met a family who came around 23.00. Hotel reception closes from 22.00 to 7.00 so it is impossible to get your keys and check in outside of those times.

Just don't do it! Seriously worst experience
The Good - Clean, room sizes good, bathroom and kitchen nice, across from train. Bad - Power went out to our unit three times. They said it was from our converter, but we used two different converters, had used them all over Europe, trust me it was not our converters. The maintenance man came up and flipped a breaker, looks like he had done it a million times before and I'm quite sure that he had. Do you ever stay in a hotel and wonder if it was going to catch fire that night? This was it. Called up to our room to let us know that if the power went out over the weekend there would be no one in the building to reset the breaker, and we would be without electricity for the entire weekend. Did not have a different room for us to change too, so needless to say we were on pins and needles the entire time. The hallway lights are on motion sensors so when you exit the elevator you are in a totally dark Hall until you are right on top of the sensor. This can't be safe. Return to the hotel after the first night at 10 p.m. and was able to get in the front door with our hotel key as we were told. The next night returned at 8 p.m. and we are totally locked out. Thankfully a permanent resident of the hotel noticed our situation and let us in an alternate door with his key fob. Thank God for that guy nothing like being locked out of your hotel with no way in, your belongings locked inside the hotel in the dark in the Shady part of town. And of course the wireless never worked. Yay.

no air conditioning, have to open the window but many mosquiitoes at night. need to rent fan and pay if required. we were arranged a handicapped room but the shower water drain was blocked. the water is flooding the toilet and outside. and were only allowed to change the next day. the room and the new room have only single person facility, single chair and table even though we booked for the 2 persons. too far from city centre and trains are croweded, trains may skip this small station. not recommended at this price. day time staff is not friendly..

The best thing is that you can come from the CDG airport and stay on the RER Blue line (not transfer to other Metro lines) all the way to the Bagneux stop and this hotel is right across the street. Its nice, new and clean. Also a good size room and the bed was firm. It had a refrigerator and a stove too. The door is a secured door to enter but the lobby staff is only there from 7am to 9pm. I went in March so it was like San Francisco weather and had a heater in the room. The area had nice hole in the wall.

Home from Home.
We were very happy with the accommodation and the service. We felt more like true parisienses than tourists, as the area was not a tourist area but full all locals from different backgrounds. The station is across the road and you can be in the center of Paris in 25 minutes. Also, the main street is full of shops and restaurants. The room was perfect and well equipped. We are definitely coming back.

Not the best experience
We didn't have the best experience at this hotel. There was no A/C, no fans, and no screens on the windows, so we were hot and we got bitten by mosquitoes. The font desk was also not very helpful. I asked for an extra pillow twice (on separate days) and despite their promises that one would be delivered, it never transpired. The shower was very badly designed resulting in a flood on our bathroom floor the first night and little assistance from the front desk regarding the issue. The kitchen was well-equipped but the stove was very difficult to use (it is not intuitive). On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, and the apartment was nice overall. It is also right across the street from the RER station (which gave us easy access to central Paris and CDG Airport) and a bank that we could use as well as a grocery store. It was also fairly inexpensive. I don't think I would stay there again, especially not in the hot summer months.

Pros: It was comfortable, clean, and next to a train station. They also had a laundry room that was convenient for me. Luggage storage. Late check out at 12. Cons: No A.C. and it was pretty hot. A perfect affordable choice close to central Paris
This place is a jewel - nice, clean, reasonably priced and across the street from the Bagneux stop on the RER B less than 20 minutes ride into St. Michel in central Paris. It's also in 'zone 3', meaning it falls within range of the Paris Pass. It's a quiet location with a classy vibe, and the mini-kitchen makes eating some meals in easy. The small flaw is a lack of air conditioning during the warmer months, but the windows open wide for good ventilation. We brought a small fan and that made it perfect.

Everything We Wanted and More!
We truly enjoyed our weeklong holiday in Paris; this hotel was a wonderful base to explore the city. The Bagneux location of the hotel was ideal for us as we appreciated the quiet outside of the bustling city centre and wonderful people we met in/around the hotel. The front desk staff were welcoming, patient, and very helpful. For our anniversary, we opted for the separate bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the dishware, cutlery, pots, and cleaning supplies we needed. Although the room had no chest of drawers, we had plenty of storage in the two(!) closets. We discovered that getting in and out of the step-up shower was a bit tricky and we were missing a large bath towel, still, the bathroom was immaculate. In fact, the whole room was extremely clean; we checked! We appreciated the tidy laundry room; the washers and dryers were in excellent condition and worked well. The only drawback for us was the lack of air-conditioning, however, we did manage to get a nice breeze through the exterior rolling shutters. Don't waste your Euros at the golden arches/chain fast food. The nearby Tunisian and Asian restaurants offered quite fresh and delicious food, as did the French bakery and fruit stand vendor. Best of all, the Paris public transport station (RER-B) was across the street, allowing us fast travel into the city (zones 1-3) and to the CDG airport (zone 5). We did not want to leave! When we return to Paris, we will choose this hotel again.

great place to stay in Paris
located a little way out of town but easy commute by RER. Direct line to Saint Michael station for all metro connections and Charles De Gaul airport. Newly refurbished apartment made the extra time on train worth while. Hotel opposite station and supermarket and some local eateries. It was easy to locate after arriving in an unfamiliar city.
