It's very convenient and really OK for the price, but the property was definitely not as pretty and the photos shown here. The mattress was old and had a very weak sport which made you fall into it (I put a cushion below it to have it level). A few spider webs behind the windows. Shower OKish. So, OK for the price and for a stay in Paris where you are out all day. I enjoyed my stay anyway!

Not bad but not good
It was so so while I was staying this service apartment compared to cost. It is located in convenient area due to RER and 7&14 line stations. My room was in level 1 so there was no light due to adjacent building so feeling too cold and chills. If I have a chance of staying in Paris I will be staying in other hotel or service apartment.

What I liked: Location close to where ICM was at. Self-serviced. Good reception staff.Had to go further away to collect the keys, but the staff were excellent. What I did not like: Noise in the street. I slept well through the noise though. So no complaints.

The property is very close to a good rail and metro station so easy to get to and easy to get to all of the attractions. The property works on a smart key and access code so no bulky keys to fiddle with - most of the interior came from Ikea but it was a nicely furnished, clean and spacious place for two people - the coffee machine was amazing - looking to buy one myself!!

It’s a nice place, but the communication is confusing, and the policies vary between weird and inflexible. First, they require you to come to another location to pick up the keys unless you are coming in late, at which point they put the keys in a lock box at the property, which is really easy. Why not just leave the keys at the property for everyone? Next, I had to fill out some form in order to stay there. Hotels don’t do that, so why do they? Then, someone called to collect on an invoice where they charged me a separate hotel fee of €3 per person for myself and my 16-year-old daughter. I informed them my daughter isn’t subject to the fee, and they agreed to revise the invoice without her fee. Once I got the invoice for only €3, I paid it immediately. Then a few days later I got another call asking for the €3 for my daughter. Ughh. Lastly, I missed a flight and missed the first night of the reservation. I emailed them before 6pm and they told me I couldn’t cancel. I understand that, but wish it was otherwise given all the other hassles. M Other than all of that it was a clean, modern apartment in a nice location.

We are not a hotel, Museum View residence is a building with locals therefore we are not able to accommodate every key in a box, checking at our office is super simple a direct metro line no more then 15 minutes, at the office we are always here to give you tips about Paris and interesting events that only locals know, as we want to make a very guest feel part of the city. Hope we can welcome you again in Paris.

Really satisfied overall and location was amazing. Wasn’t too happy that we had to walk a ways with luggage’s from train station to the check-in building which was elsewhere and then had to Uber our way to the actual apartments.

My sister and stayed at the Short Stay Group Apartments for five nights in Paris in September 2018. The place is in a great location - right next to the metro, train station, and a thirty minute/one hour walk to a lot of main attractions! The place was really clean and we felt safe in the apartment and neighborhood the whole time. The only complaint was that even though it’s a serviced apartment, no one serviced it (fresh towels, etc.). Also, the elevator was broken on our first day (it was fixed the next day but we still had to carry our luggage up five flights with no air conditioning in the building at all. Overall though, it was a great place to stay and would stay here again :)

Lovely spot next the museum with nice outlook
Annoyed I wasn't told before booking that I had to travel another 4kms to pick up the key, difficult when you have heavy luggage. Or they were going to charge me 35euro for them to drop it off.. rip off. When we got in lift was broken and we had to haul luggage up 5 floors of small spiral staircase. We booked and paid for 3 people, but not enough towels. No air conditioning and communication was poor. I will not be staying here again. Prices were doubled due to fashion week so believed they should have waivered the key fee given all of the issues, but they couldn't see that!

My partner and I stayed here for a week and it was quite a good location. It is quite small even for just two people and when we arrived there was a big crack in the toilet seat and there was quite a bit of hair left from the previous guest around the apartment. Overall it did the trick as we were out and about most of the time anyway.

Shower door was broken and unable to slide from front of shower which meant we had to squeeze past the sink unit to get in and out of the shower at the back, the shower also suffered from black mould around the base, if we were larger wouldn't have been able to get in rest of the apartment was clean on arrival and good amenities hair dryer, iron, fan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle and the location was good very close to the metro , small supermarket and a few small shops nearby with local bars and restaurant and snack shops

The room had been cleaned only once for the 2 week
The shower was difficult to operate the room was not cleaned not much amenities! Staff not friendly also toilet paper was supplied once we had to buy everything!

Apartment was not very clean very run down and towel provided were of poor quality kitchen doesn't have an oven just a microwave the bed is very uncomfortable and only to very dirty pillows on the we were shocked when we removed the pillowcase as the pillows under neath were disgusting made us feel very dirty

The apartment has a good space, comfortable beds and sofa bed. Not a best location for reaching the airport Getting to the international airport requires 4 transfers. This took more than 2 hours. The front desk responded to requests well. Picking up key from the office located in another place is an added trouble that a traveller does not need. We arrived in the evening. We got to the office but the attendant was likely looking after another in person check in. He was not there to attend our check-in. It caused us $10 extra taxi toll because of the waiting time. The first apartment we stayed had light smell of urine in the washroom.

The place was great, staff is very helpful. FYI, the check-in office to get the keys to the room is 20min away. There is no check in desk at this location. Since my booking was last minute I didn't get the email till I was already in front of the building. Staff was great and took a motorbike to deliver me they keys. Location has a supermarket 1 block away. Room has a nice kitchen. Less than a block from the train. You pay in full when you get the keys, not check-out.

Great location and apartment
After the usual hassle of picking keys up from a different location (which can be alleviated for a 30euro fee) we were extremely pleased with the apartment. The location is great, 2 minutes walk from gare d'austerlitz station. The apartment is cosy with a separate kitchen and bathoom with a bath, and is quiet and the bed is big and comfy, a very good choice, next to the natural history museum and jardins des plantes. Plenty of cafes right round the corner and a local supermarket.

Found it difficult to follow map e-mailed by Short Stay giving directions to key pick up office. Spent over 30 minutes ,walking with suitcases, to find office which was only 5 minutes from Republic metro station.

I would not recommend this property based on the fact that you have to travel to a far location [depending on your point of entry to Paris] to get the keys! Also the was a mistake between what hotels.com said they had collected as a deposit Vs what was actually taken. And the claim that "A total renovation of this property was completed in January 2013" didn't include the rust in the shower the paint through out, the carpets and lift. Rubbish disposal was backed up from Friday and not cleared until after our departure. The room was compact but clean but certainly not totally renovatedin January 2013!

Fine apartment in a good location
The staff at the rental agency were very professional and competent, though their location is quite a distance from the apartment. We arrived earlier than the nominal check-in time but the apartment was ready so we were able to move in immediately. The "Museum View" from our window looked down at a skeleton of an Ostrich in the Museum across the road. Very cool.

Mammoth skeleton as quiet neighbours!
Picked up keys from a very friendly helpful lady, a metro ride away which could be a hassle for some people. Apartment block around the corner from Gare D'Austerlitz railway station. Lovely self contained studio apartment and quiet -opposite the Museum of anthropology, hence the quiet neighbours. Very close to the Jardin de Plantes which was great.

The room was next to the road, which was very noisy. But the biggest problem was that the WiFi was bad. It took them five days to fix it. Also, the elevator broke down and was out for 4 days. The room was on the 5th floor. The best part was that the staff, not at the apartment complex were very concerned about the WiFi and worked to fix it but it took a long time. In the mean time I had to go to McDonald's to get on the internet. The room was very small. The best room was the bath, which was quite nice. The location was also good in that it is very close to the metro.

Great location, close to Metro station and several pastry, grocery, and breakfast shops. Tight quarters for a family of 4 adults but we managed. Friendly staff, safe area close to Notre dame.
