## Logement
A poetic, playful, and comfortable loft in a lively neighborhood in the 18th arrondissement

The boutique loft, a former commercial space on the ground floor facing the street, is organized on two levels:

On the ground floor: a cozy living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining or work table, and two bedrooms
- The spacious and inspiring Eiffel Tower bedroom immerses you in a graphic universe designed around the famous Parisian monument.
- The Playful bedroom, perfect for children or friends, has two single bunk beds. Hanging clouds add a magical touch.
In the basement, accessible by stairs: TV lounge with single bed, equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), dining area, bathroom, and separate toilet. The space is subtly lit by glass tiles that diffuse natural light. The Eiffel Tower atmosphere continues into the bathroom, where retro “Oh Lala” Paris posters enhance the space.
Please note that the apartment does not have windows.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.

## Transports
The accommodation is ideally located for exploring Paris with ease, thanks to numerous nearby transport options. You'll be perfectly connected to the city, whether for a sightseeing getaway or a day's work.

Metro:
- Line 13 - Porte de Saint-Ouen: just a 6-minute walk from the apartment, this line provides easy access to many Parisian districts, including Saint-Lazare and Montparnasse.
- Line 4 - Porte de Clignancourt: a 14-minute walk from the apartment, this line serves key stations such as Châtelet and Les Halles, giving you quick access to the heart of the capital.

Bus:
- La Traverse - Firmin Gémier line: a 2-minute walk away, ideal for a quick trip to neighboring districts.
- Line 31 - Vauvenargues: a 4-minute walk away, this line will take you easily to destinations such as Le Marais or Place de la Bastille.
