Great sleep in quiet room, dark window covering and great quality bed and good bedding. The room is small but feels cozy. Bathroom is tight but good hot water in shower. Did not use breakfast services.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in a great location in Paris. Staff were friendly and very helpful, including sending a text message the day before arrival with information to access the property and to offer us breakfast, which we didn’t accept but the coffee smelled great in the morning. Rooms are quite small but when only spending time there to sleep and get ready for the day it is not an issue. Generally the cleanliness was good. My only issues are that there were only two plug sockets in the room, both in the same location via an extension. Also that there was some black mould around the shower enclosure and a little bit of mould around the air vents and on the ceilings. Generally it was a great experience staying at this hotel.

Not horrid but I would stay elsewhere!
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The front desk workers were very nice but the shower floor area was absolutely covered in mold and the bed pillows both smelled like dirty mildew. We put bathroom towels over the pillows to sleep at night. It's in a safe area but we would not stay here again.

Heat wave oasis
Heat wave made us really appreciate that our rooms had air conditioning! The location was great, easy walk to most of the places we wanted to go.

Property is as advertised. The rooms are a little small but in a city like Paris there is no need to spend much time in the room anyway. Room was nice and modern and the location is amazing for the price. The staff was also very friendly too. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Paris!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Central location and super friendly staff. We had a top floor unit with 2 large windows overlooking the street in front. The small elevator only fit 1 person at a time but its works well.

The property was quite comfortable and located just a short walk from the metro and places like Pantheon and Notre Dame. The staff was super polite and respectful. If no one was watching the door, a password was required to get in which eased my worries about my belongings. Being where we were, restaurants are everywhere and food was not an issue. Highly recommend staying here if you will be traveling in Paris!

Absolutely terrible. Got there with my suitcase and although I had paid in full they told me they didn't have a room for me and sent me to a horrible hotel 15 minutes walk away.

Great small hotel in the Latin Quarter!
Villa Des Princes has a great location, in the middle of the Latin Quarter, close to the St Andre des Arts area, and to the Luxembourg garden. Access to metro and RER is very easy - great to connect easily on a direct RER to/from Roissy. The room was small, but functional, esp. for one person; it would be tight for 2 people, but still manageable - let's keep the rate in mind which makes it a good value. The bathroom is also quite functional, with a door between the bedroom and bathroom - great if 2 people are sharing. And the water was very hot, which I enjoyed. Both the bedroom and bathroom would benefit from a good cleaning, but they are functional. The bed was awesome. There is a small "pull-up" desk to work on the computer, and the WIFI was great. Service was very friendly at the front desk. Keep in mind that the front desk closes at 9pm, so it might be a problem if you want to check in after 9p; but if you go out, your room key will give you access to the hotel. I loved my stay there!

Excellent location, an easy walk to tons of sites - and just around the corner from the metro to reach all the other ones. Lots of restaurants and cafes around, plenty of choices. The room is very small, and it lacks a refrigerator, kettle, or bottles of water - small comforts that can make a difference on a longer stay. The tv had strictly French channels, so if you wanted to catch up on the world news it wasn’t super convenient. That being said, we had a great time and the staff was incredibly friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was great, and plentiful. Also, the bathroom was really good and the shower, quite roomy! It fit the bill for us, and we would recommend for those needing a convenient place that won’t break the bank.

Excellent location! It is close to popular monuments, the metro station, and plenty of restaurants to choose from! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We had issues with our flight and Yaya(sorry if it's the wrong name) went out of his way to fix that issue for us. Clean and modern room, could be small for many but since it's in the middle of Paris, it's understandable. Would recommend!

Great small hotel in best area of Paris
I had wanted to spend Christmas in 6th arrondisement Saint Germain area and fortunately I found this small hotel. Great location, easy walking distance around Saint Germain, Saint Sulpice church area, Jardin du Luxembourg, Saint Michel, Notre Dame. Other locations easy to reach by convenient metro and buses. Small elevator yes but sometimes in Paris I haven’t had an elevator so it was very welcome to have this elevator for my heavy luggage. Room was attractive, comfortable double bed, nice tv, good well equipped bathroom. Very quiet. A nice surprise on Christmas Eve when I returned to my room I found a bottle of champagne! from the hotel, which added to my holiday enjoyment. The breakfast was a very reasonable price and included many items not just the usual. Yogurt, cheese, cereal, bread, cake, baguettes, croissants, milk, coffee, two different juices, jams, Nutella, I may have forgot something. Very attractive breakfast room. I found Yaya to be very efficient and helpful. He is like an old friend. All staff I met were courteous and efficient. I look forward to staying at this hotel next time in Paris.

Location is excellent. Easy walking distance of Luxembourg (RER Line B) and plenty of good eating places in a good area. Room was fine - typical Parisian I.e very small but perfectly adequate so long as you don’t have enormous suitcases. Breakfast was a let down (sorry guys). There were six tables in the breakfast room - no one sitting there but all full of used plates/cups etc and no staff at all for the whole 20 mins or so that I was there (despite the guy in reception coming in to get himself a coffee) so I had to clear a table myself, which i’m Not used to having to do. Not the end of the world, but you might as well go to a local café and enjoy better value for money.
