Great location
This is a good little apartment if you need to be in the center of town as I did. It is very very clean and the bathroom is newly renovated. Things to note: There were no supplies like paper towels or salt which is a small thing but would have been nice. Also, there is a bar downstairs that is very very noisy on Saturday night. If you are up all night, or out partying yourself, it should not be a problem. I was working and could have used a few more hours sleep before heading to work on Sunday.

Petit studio joliment rénové dans un vieil immeuble, ce dernier, quant à lui, est bien dans son jus. Proche du quartier de l'Opéra, des Grands Boulevards, de l'Olympia et du Musée Grévin. Nombreux restaurants aux alentours.
Question confort: literie impeccable, internet OK, propreté OK. Savon, gel douche et serviettes main et douche disponible
Bonne intention du propriétaire pendant la période de canicule avec la mise en place d'un ventilateur qui était en marche au moment de notre arrivée.
Peut-être une révision de la salle de bain / sanitaire serait la bienvenue (resserrer les boulons et la visserie de la douche et de la lunette du WC en autres)
