We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and ordered dinner at the restaurant each evening. We even participated in the karaoke night which was fun! The property is secure and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We definitely recommend it!"

"Dear Management On April 17, 2025, through your online booking link,  I made a reservation and paid with my Mastercard for a hotel room at Residence Yipene in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso from April April 28 - May 4, 2025. Upon arrival in Burkina Faso, I was shocked that there was no such a hotel as advertised on booking site. The building was not in use.  I had to make other arrangements for my stay. I am therefore requesting a full refund of my paid reservation in the amount of 208,26 € Please...

"Meidän perhe viihtyi niin hyvin, että jäimme vielä yhdeksi ylimääräiseksi yöksi. Huoneet ovat hyvin varusteltuja, perhehuoneessa oli hyvin tilaa ja iso kylpyhuone. Pihalla oli keinut ja uima-altaassa oli lapsille matalampi puoli. Aamiaisella oli tarjolla talon omia herkkuja, kuten mangohilloa. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja taksikyyti lentokentältä oli erittäin kätevä. "
