Check-in was easy; it was centrally located, plenty of space and communicating with the hosts was super easy!I stayed for 3-4 weeks (while moving), so I was around for longer than I think the average guest. It was super comfortable and hospitable, and I highly recommend staying here!"

"We had a fabulous stay at The Pinnacle on the Pier for a week whilst celebrating my husbands 50th birthday where we recieved a unexpected upgrade after a passport check, the service for a amazing from the start, no unexpected charges where some reviews have stated, just a full refunded security deposit of $50 per day per room. Lovely spacious room, with a view of the water and Vancouver skyline, probably the best we've ever slept, such a comfortable bed. The location was excellent with walkable access to the water taxi to downtown taking only 12 minutes to cross, a extremely regular service. We generally ate out and about on our travels but we did enjoy one evening meal during our stay and it was amazing, and at a great price. Would definitely use this hotel again, I have no negatives. "
